Efficient and rapid service for Seiko Kinetic

Excellent service as always. This is the second service by Kinetic Repairs, the last being eight years ago. Hopefully the new capacitor will keep the watch going for another eight years before the next service falls due.

I purchased the Kinetic Watch Fast Charger back in February 2026 for my husband. He owns a Seiko Kinetic watch but does not wear it regularly, so it loses charge, then won't tell the time which renders it useless for when he wants to wear it - so he doesn't (vicious circle). Pre-purchase he was sceptical, thinking it would be a waste of money. Post-purchase he is delighted! On receipt, we used the charger to fully charge the watch, set it to the correct time and then using a timer set the charger to charge once a week for an hour. He can now wear (and does wear) the watch whenever he wants knowing that it functions perfectly! - Great bit of kit - highly recommend. It was also delivered very quickly, extremely well packaged and protected. Thank you!

Initially, like others, I was a little hesitant to engage with a company I knew nothing about - and not even a limited company which made me more suspicious. When offered to buy a charger as well but having to pay an individual rather than the company, my hesitancy was heightened. Nevertheless, I took the plunge having received my overhauled watch as promised. It turns out my fears were groundless - Kinetic Repairs were efficient, pleasant to deal with and did everything promised within the timescales they said. I'm very happy with the service I received - well done.

This is the second time I’ve had my Seiko kinetic repaired by this Company, over the space of probably 5 years.
Like everyone else, I was initially worried about sending my treasured watch to a Company I’d never used before; there are so many dodgy people offering services online. DO NOT WORRY, this is a genuine professional outfit who’ll look after your valuable watch.
On both occasions, I’ve found the service outstanding; Liz is extremely helpful and happy to answer any of the mundane questions you might throw at her. The watch repair itself, on both occasions, has been first class. This Company deserves supporting; they’re top notch and you’ll not be disappointed.

Seiko Kinetic service, I waited a couple of months before writing this review and can confirm the watch is perfect and holds charge and time perfectly neither of which it did quite so well when new!

Excellent - cleaned and serviced my watch and also expertly repaired the broken strap. Quick turnaround and the watch now looks like new!!

This is the second time I've used Kinetic repairs UK. The last time was ten years ago, it's kept perfect time since that service, I fully expect my watch to continue to give me great timekeeping for the next ten years. I would thoroughly recommend Kinetic repairs UK, if you want a professional watch service or repair.

This is a great Service and competitively priced. I had previously tried my Local High Street Watch Repair Service when my much-loved Seiko Kinetic watch stopped working. They replaced the capacitor but it still did not last for long. They said it would have to go back to Seiko and quoted two months return time and a price over £200.
This repair has been much more economical and the turn around time was one week, which is remarkable.
The watch is working as it should and there is a two Year guarantee which is reassuring.
I think I have another older Kinetic watch somewhere and I shall deifinitely be sending it to Kinetic Repairs when I find it!

An amazing full service, also including adjustment of wrist bracelet., all completed on time as discussed. Great communication, safe, fast delivery. Would recommend to anyone needing this done. Thank you

Had a service carried out by these guys and brilliant service ,2 years later I received an email recommending a new style charger on offer so I placed an order and received my new charger in 4days ,works a treat would recommend this company for a quality service and price

Bought a watch winder from these guys before for my Tag automatic and it works great but I have a Seiko automatic that just would not wind up on it. Found out that you need a different type of winder for Seiko's so sent off for one. Quick reply and one arrived in the post John was correct it needed a faster rotating one and it works great. Recommended if you need one of these or if you just want your watch repairing or servicing.

Excellent delivery by return and highest quality service

Brilliant service from Kinetic Repairs. I have small collection of Seiko watches and like everyone else a particular favourite, this one some twenty years old that was not working correctly. Seiko and another watch repairer had written it off, until I came across Kinetic Repairs. Process with them was seamless from start to finish, communications excellent and best of all got my watch back in full working order new glass and cleaned great price. Thanks very much, highly recommended.

I have had two pulsar kinetics refurbished/repaired by Kinetic repairs in the last year. Awesome service. .The second watch I was quoted , by Timpsons, £280!!!
Clearly Kinetic repair won hands down on price.
I do have a rolex as well, 21st Birthday present , but only wear that on special occaisions where risk of getting mugged is minimal. Both watches are now running perfectly and am looking forward to 20 year capacitor/battery life. I use one watch for sailing /gardening / mechanicing, the other for normal wear Highly recommended worth 6 stars.

I have a number of kinetic watches,bought from charity shops,previous owners having given up recharging them,now they are all fully charged I have an extensive sellection of very accurate watches to wear.

I own a Seiko kinetic watch. Have done for 18 years.
About two years ago I had it serviced, so for 16 odd years I didn't have to do anything with the time except twice yearly to make the daylight saving change. My watch never once stopped in those 16 years, nor did it lose or gain time ever, but then I was pretty good about wearing my watch all the time to keep it charged. I now have this charger and no longer have to worry about the odd occasion I want to remove my watch, e.g. when doing physical work where my precious watch might get damaged.
Smartest thing I have ever done.
