I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but I had a first class experience. The shirt arrived in 2 weeks, it's really good quality, my husband is so pleased with it - not so much with the Man Utd result!

Brilliant communication waiting for shirt, the shirt arrived within 3 weeks but was damaged and had thread pulls over the front, I emailed as per instructions on website and nothing for a week now! Awful company to deal with when there's a problem nothing like they suggest they'll do on their site and no contact number given only email.

Having seen the reviews after I'd ordered I didn't hold out much hope!. The tracking number never updated for about 10 days with Royal Mail & they initially failed to respond to my emails at first. Finally had a reply stating that my order was now with Royal Mail & item was delivered approx 15 days after i ordered & can say I'm pleasantly surprised! I ordered a retro 90-91 Liverpool shirt with name, number on the back & arrived exactly how I ordered it. Quality of the shirt is excellent not sure if it is a genuine Adidas shirt but won't complain. I ordered a medium & was worried with the reviews on the sizing that it would be too big but fits like a dream. Very pleased with purchase & guess I'm one of the lucky ones to get their order.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered 2 shirts, had tracking info sent that never updates,Royal Mail confirmed that the items aren't even in the country yet and its coming from a foreign carrier. 3 weeks passed and they have now stopped responding to emails. Thank god for Barclaycard is all I can say.

Avoid if u want to get ROBBED THEN COME TO FOOTY CLASSICS ordered 2 months ago still not top asked refund no answer took my £36 am fuming 😡

FOOTY CLASSICS UR A DISCRACE

Ordered a shirt about a 6 weeks ago still no sign of it arriving. I've emailed them and they just keep saying it's in transit. Now asked for a refund and they have not replied. Absolute joke . AVOID.

I’ve been searching for the Man Utd 2008 champions league winners for over 15 years! These guys sure delivered and made me a very happy bloke! Took 2 weeks but communication was great! The shirt itself looks brand new! Amazing quality will be using these again for sure! Thankyou!!

Sizing very small so needed the next size up but no response from emails when asking for an exchange. Very strange because when I was enquiring when the goods would be delivered they emailed straight back.
The feedback on here suggests that exchanges and refunds are none existant! We now have a shirt that won't be worn as it is not the right size. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend this company at all.

Brilliant website, brilliant customer service. The shirt was well packaged, free personalisation. All in all VERY happy with my purchase. Defo brought back fond memories of 1996.

Absolute shambles of a company, I ordered a 1990 Manchester United shirt back in may. Which I never received despite tracking saying it was delivered. I spoke with Royal Mail which they opened a case and gave me a reference to hand to footy classics for a replacement to be sent. But after countless emails over the past two months with only two replies to say the item is delivered, I’m still no further forward to a solution to the missing item. No refund, no replacement and now no replies to emails. There customer care standards are appalling stay well clear of this company. Next step trading standards and citizens advise.

Just received my 1992 arsenal shirt and Iam very pleased with it ,the quality is great and the fit is perfect ,Iam 5ft 10 n slim build and the medium was spot on ..it did take about 3 weeks to arrive but it was worth the wait 👌

Them and although they take a little while to arrive. They arrive and they are fantastic quality. They make the odd error but bare with them. Contact them via email and wait a day they do respond and rectify errors and have even shipped replacements very quickly. They love feedback and help from football shirt geeks like myself. I will certainly buy again from them.

I was in two minds about ordering from here after seeing the reviews but I bit the bullet and it paid off the Liverpool top I received is absolutely quality I’m so glad I got one, the jersey itself gets 5 stars. Only issue I had was there’s absolutely no communication with the comany, if they sorted this out I think they’d be selling out every week.

I bought a shirt from this company which didn’t fit me and I haven’t been able to get in contact with them for an exchange or refund. They haven’t responded to emails and they haven’t provided a contact number. There doesn’t appear to be any way to return items.

I saw the reviews on this company after I'd ordered a shirt and to say I was a bit concerned was an understatement. However it's all turned out well. I was concerned about the time it was taking and emailed them and I did get a response.
The shirt arrived today later than expected but it was a perfect fit and my son is chuffed to beans.
All I will say is if ordering please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery especially if its personalised. Thank you Footy Classics, great job !
