3 star because the shirt is good quality and real but unfortunately it 1 MONTHS BEFORE IT ARRIVE

Promised a refund but nothing ever came through. Never respond to emails, AVOID.

I received an order in December, one Jersey was the wrong size, removable paper label said large but label on the inside of Jersey was XL, was too big. Emailed numerous times to return for a refund but have never got a reply. Footyclassics is replying to people on here asking them to send email but they aren't replying to emails

Made an order on the 16th of November for two shirts, one was fine and the other was marked with wonky badges. I have contacted their support team three times, the first time on the 17th of December. I have not had a single reply. A disgraceful way to run a business. I want a refund.

I accidentally forgot to take off the x2 for an order and payed for two shirts instead of one, I got one of the shirts and assumed it had been taken off but still no refund and this was all ordered during the Qatar World Cup so it’s been months now and won’t reply to your emails either.

I ordered a shirt on the 1st of December. After emailing and emailing I got a response saying it’s 100% been refunded. It’s now the 2nd of February. I have no shirt. And no refund. Absolute joke of a company. Need locking up for robbing so many people.

Ordered a shirt on 1st December which wasn't posted out and no refund has been given. I've chased several times and got no satisfactory response. The website is now down. Could this be fraud or theft?

DO NOT USE. Ordered a Jersey on the 4th of Jan, paid £13 shipping. Heard nothing for about 3 weeks. Emailed asking what is going on, they reply saying they have an influx of orders and it is delayed. I ask when it is delayed until. They ignore me, I send another email saying don't ignore me. The CEO then sends a sarcastic email back saying as he said previously, he didn't, it'll come early Feb. Got an email today saying they just cancelled it a month after the initial order. Worst experience ever DO NOT USE

Order made on 1st December costing £35.99. Received notification via Royal Mail on 5th December that item was "on its way to our RDC" whatever that means (doesn't help that Royal Mail speak to customers in their own internal jargon and won't let you contact them). By 4th January nothing received and Footyclassic website taken down. I contacted them via support email which was ignored. Second email sent today with little optimism. If the item was in Royal Mail's system the least footyclassics could do is let me know. There's been strikes and strife in the world so I can wear my my big boy pants and accept that deliveries might be late, but for these jokers to take my money and then ignore me is just insulting and redolent of a scam operation. Avoid.
Incidentally, I ordered another shirt through Premier Retros on 3rd December who hand delivered on 23rd December due to strike action and to ensure pre-Xmas delivery. I'll be using them in future.

Trying to get a refund. No response for over a month. Now website seems to have vanished. Shocking.

Appreciate that the Christmas period is busy however I've been emailing their support for a month now with no response, I'd queried the style and type of lextra prior to ordering and the shirts arrived with a number printed thats not correct for the era. I've been unable to obtain return instructions or get a replacement.

Contact the police and trading standards. They can trace the registrant of the website although they've paid for anonymity whois.
Needs addressing.

Access their site details via Cached progs such as Wayback Machine . Also Google as they verified their https Security Certificates, and will hold personal details of registrant. They're seriously taking the proverbial now.

It's clear from all other reviews that you have an 'issue' with your email responses (whoever you claim to be responsible for such) I've received my items since original post here, albeit many, many weeks late. My review stands however in all respects covered here.
You threaten to delete my review with the support of trustpilot! This wouldn't change anything really would it. Truth will out now.

ORDER TAKES 5-6 WEEKS TO COME. AFTER A LITTLE INVESTIGATION IT APPEARS ALL THIS COMPANY DOES IS ORDER THEM DIRECTLY FROM CHINA ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, WHICH EXPLAINS THE 6 WEEK PERIOD WHERE NOBODY WILL REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL. THE EXACT SAME SHIRTS CAN BE ORDERED FROM DHGATE FOR AS LITTLE AS £11. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

First 2 orders arrived after 4 weeks and are great quality. The name on the back of one shirt was far too low down, though. However the next 2 shirts ordered have not arrived after 6 weeks. They are no longer answering emails and have no other contact method. Worse than that, the website has also been switched off so I can't even track the orders! Something fishy is going on.
Edit: the reply from them asks for me to contact them via email. Which I have 3 times without reply. Hopefully this 4th time will be better

Ordered multiple times, but through experience i always make sure i give 4 weeks for delivery. It does take time, but the shirts are always worth it - Top Quality and at a great price.

Stay well clear!!!! I ordered 2 shirts for Christmas gifts. First of all it took 5 weeks for them to arrive. Secondly when they did arrive one of them had the number on upside down!! The quality of the shirt is shocking. Definitely not worth the money by a long shot. I’ve emailed a couple of times now and no response.

I made my order on the 7th December. I received a email to confirm that my order was in process I then received another email on the 11th to say my order had been complete and was supplied with a Royal Mail tracking number. However, when tracking the order it’s status from Royal Mail was that they hadn’t received the item, this has nothing to do with the Royal Mail strikes as I am a postman and can confirm that Tracked items are a priority for Royal Mail and once in their system the item will be delivered within a couple of days at most (perhaps a 3 days during strike action). I had no further contact from FootyClassics.com and began to think I had been scammed especially when the website page appeared to be (and still is) deactivated with a statement of no more orders being taken. The football shirt was intended for a December birthday. To my surprise the shirt did arrive through my door on the 30th and I have to say I was very impressed with it. It was the Arsenal 88/89 away shirt.
My advise would be to give it plenty of time (around a month) for delivery and don’t panic that you’ve been scammed as the wait will be worth it.

I, like many others, ordered a shirt on the 7th December. When I finally had an update on my order, on around the 20th December I could see from the tracking on Royal Mail that the item had apparently been despatched on the 9th December. Several emails later they replied to say it was on its way, but they would chase with the Royal Mail. Still no order. I finally emailed them to the effect that if I hadn't heard from them by the end of the week (this was now post Christmas day) I would be contacting my bank to seek a refund as I believed they were acting fraudulently. On the 29th December the tracking finally updated to say it was enroute. I contacted Royal Mail who advised that the item had been sat in a warehouse, and the 9th December was the date they had printed the despatch label not when then item has actually been entered into the Royal Mail system! The shirt then arrived the 2nd. The only saving grace in the whole debacle was the shirt was good quality. I would not however order from them again.

I have been trying for days to contact footyclassics as I also like many on here ordered a shirt a Christmas gift and it never arrived.
Come on footyclassics communicate with people and tell us where our order is.
You provided me with a postage number but as per Royal Mail they haven’t received it from you.
