Bought a scarf and received an order confirmation - that was the last I heard from them, they’re unreachable. Absolutely disgraceful.

Atrocious service! Half of a £40 order placed in November 2025 received.

Order never received and no response for months
I ordered a phone case (order no. 285885) for a family member for Christmas and I never received it. This was on 8th December. I waited a while as thought maybe there was a mistake and it would be on it's way at some point. But since 12th January I have been emailing them consistently and I have not had one response (it is now March). I don't want this item anymore, I just want a refund and its incredibly frustrating to have paid for a product that never was received. To know that my money was taken for an item I could not gift at Christmas and to have no explanation or apology is appalling. I have told many people to avoid this website and reading the reviews now, I wish I had too. Would give 0 stars if I could. Refund me ASAP.

Item took a while to arrive and when it did, it was poor quality, not as described, wildly inaccurate in terms of sizing, and was a different colour to the one on the website.
It was intended as a birthday present. I've bought better quality hoodies for a fraction of the cost from Asda.
Tried on two occasions to request a refund to no avail, so today I've sent a third email threatening legal action.
Having read the other reviews on here, I'm relieved to see it's not just me who has had a bad experience (although commiserations with everyone else who has!) and I'm encouraged to leave a review of my experience so far in the hopes it might prompt a response from the owner, if the threat of legal action doesn't, and also warn others not to buy from this retailer.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.
EDIT – 8 March, 2026: Have reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. Next step will be trying to claim the money back via the bank.

I ordered a mug as a Christmas present.
I accept mistakes happen and the wrong item arrived.
I have e mailed three times with a copy of my original order and a photo of the offending item but have had zero response.

Saw the other reviews but in my case no issues. Ceefax mug with Scotland going to World cup. Arrived 4 working days after I ordered it. As promised. It's lovely and my husband is thrilled with it.

Received a damaged product and I was completely ignored by the company when I emailed. No phone number on the website so can't call them. Really disappointed as it was a Christmas present and they sent me a scarf with a hole in it!! Don't ever use this company.

A Tale of Woeful Service !
Ah, Retro Classico I’m kind of upset with you at the moment.
Now I know we all make mistakes once in a while, I know I do !
But, you know what I sort them out, I don’t ignore customers or bury my head in the sand
So here in lies the issue
I placed an order and it took forever to arrive, but hey, the Post Office can be ** so I’ll let that one slide
BUT… my order was for two items and I only got one
Again, ** happens, mistakes happen, things get put in the wrong parcels, that’s part of life.
BUT… when a customer reaches out not once, not twice but three times and gets no response he begins to think…
Is everything OK at Retro Clasico ? Do you need a hug ?

Worth the wait.
I ordered four posters and was a little anxious as they took a long time to arrive! i received an email saying they'd been dispatched but, ten days later, they still hadn't arrived. However, they finally turned up yesterday and are of excellent quality, so it was worth the wait!
No communication, no product...
Received the wrong item and despite immediate responses on the day from. Matt which made me feel much better, a complete radio silence followed. Sent 3 x emails asking when to expect the correct item and despite claims on the website of "replies within one working day", these have not been forthcoming. Still awaiting the correct item, a refund or any kind of contact atall from the company... 3 weeks before Christmas!!!
