Returns process difficult
The shoes didn’t fit, have been trying to return with the returns label provided but the post office has refused this twice. Managed to send using instructions/info provided by Footway but post office unsure if this will work /be returned. A lot of hassle and unsure if I’ll get refunded.

Really poor all round
Really poor all round. Parcel didn't arrive. Communication from CS was very poor. No refund issued despite my request that they cancel the lost parcel and refund it. Now they eventually have left the parcel at somewhere other than my address for no good reason and I still don't have the refund. Do not use this company.
Updated: not sure why I've received the response below as I received a totally different response by email from someone else at this company. Every time they do something, they just get worse and the response just shows this person has no idea what the complaint is actually about or what stage it is at. Totally useless.
Updated: now 2 weeks since this parcel was initially supposed to be delivered. Still no refund. Opened up a PayPal dispute so now they say they won't issue a refund until it's been resolved with PayPal, which obviously only they can do. Every time they contact it gets worse.

Sometimes it says delivered and it might've been brought to a neighbour or a UPS service point / terminal and we need to find out more information.
I will call you this evening once I've searched a bit more and can come with something conclusive.
We insure all our shipments, and it's of course our responsibility that you get what you ordered, so we will be handling this in accordance with this responsibility.

Returned my racket last week as I felt the material of the racket was off, was told as soon as I returned the racket I would get a refund and the refund hasn’t been processed for over a week apparently they are waiting for the racket to be processed in their warehouse have raised a dispute with Amex wouldn’t recommend buying again

I ordered some Vans from Heppo/Footway
I ordered some Vans from Heppo/Footway, however I ordered the wrong size, so I called Footway who are based in Sweden and spoke with Alia who was extremely helpful and professional,she helped me resolve the problem and I've now got the right size and returned the wrong size back and within days have received my refund. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be using them again.
