Caliboot represented a quality product…

Caliboot represented a quality product and the clothing was anything but that. Furthermore they represent a Morocco address and the clothing is made in China.

Regarding your comments on the origin of the products, we would like to clarify that we are a retailer of several different brands. While a brand may have its headquarters in one country (such as Morocco), it is very common in the global fashion industry for production to take place in other regions, including China, to reach a certain scale.

No refund for a returned item

No refund for a returned item that i returned using their label but seems to have been lost in transit. I could understand if i arranged for the return and it got lost then that would be my responsibility but out was there label so surely they should take responsibility but everytime i contacted there customer services they just fobbed off. Even months later they continue to say to wait for it to be returned. Worst customer service experience ever.

Great Service

Ordered a hoodie for my son on 20th December, said it would be delivered on 30th but arrived early on 27th. Hoodie beautiful colour and great quality. Would order from Caliroots again 👍

Order a couple of shirts with them that…

Order a couple of shirts with them that were never delivered. UPS says it was delivered but the picture is not my address and there's no further information on where it is or what happened to it. I asked for a refund since they were supposed to be Christmas presents and no way they're arriving for Christmas. They didn't refund me and just say that UPS opened an investigation. Meanwhile I don't have my money or the items and no timeliness for when is this going to be sorted. First as last time I ordered from them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Ordered a shirt.

Delivered to the completely wrong town.

I refuse to go and collect it because what is the point of paying taxes and shipping.

They need to sort out who they partner with for deliveries.

Edit- I did not pick the nearest UPS shipping point and have the emails to prove this.

I will edit this email with updates regarding what happens next with my order.

EDIT- they wouldn’t refund me for the cost of the shirt. Even though I didn’t receive it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY LOSING MONEY.

Disgraceful.

Problem after problem

Parcel arrived on time but a nightmare to return items by UPS and then only one item refunded and had to chase for the remaining refund which I still haven’t received! Problem after problem! Will not use again!

Caliroots are back at it again

Caliroots are back at it again. Selling items they don't have in stock. I ordered once on card, 24 hrs later this was rejected and I was asked to use another form of payment. This time I tried PayPal and happy days it went through. Only my joy was short lived as 2 hours later in their words the product was not available. It's not the first time I've had this happen either. Not the worst retail website but I definitely won't bother with them again.

Can’t fault the service

Fast delivery. Return label enclosed which I had to use as I ordered wrong size. Got a replacement promptly and a refund. At every step of the way the staff were courteous and helpful.

Great service.
Placed an order on the Sunday. It was despatched on the Monday with up to date tracking. Arrived promptly.
They even supply a free returns label (which was not needed this time).

Ordered a Carhartt overshirt to the UK…

Ordered a Carhartt overshirt to the UK that was sold out in the majority of other places.

Got an email confirmation within minutes and was kept updated by Caliroots and then UPS until it arrived 5 days later, as I was told it would.

It came with an already printed return label too.

I don’t normally stray from the mainstream UK clothing companies like Asos, but I’m really glad I went for it with Caliroots and definitely will do again!
