I have used footway for several years and every time the service has been fast and if I have to return something it is really easy as well. Besides, every time I have a question regarding a shoe size I have received answer to my question in short time. Overall my experience with footway has been really good that’s why I continue coming back for making new orders.

I have ordered 2 times the same shoes saucony Ride, size 46 and got twice size 44, even tough that I have talked with Footway about what went wrong!! After the second pair of shoes size 46 was no longer available. I have gotten 10% discount on the next purchase, but all the fait in the company was gone...... All in all a bad expirience.

There was a problem with my initial order, as the boots arrived damaged, but Footway offered a full refund and 10% off for me to reorder, which covered the money I lost on postage. It did take me a little back and forth over email, but we got there in the end and I got a full refund for the first boots, and bought a new pair.

I can only agree with Lotta. Same experience. I have wasted four days now waiting for and chasing up Ups delivery of a pair of shoes. Each time, Ups notified me of a delivery day ("parcel scheduled"), I was given a slot ("pre-arrival, your driver is almost there", followed the van on their gps ("follow the driver") watched that gps-dot move closer and then further away, waited in until the rest of the day ("parcel still arriving"), but then nothing happened.No delivery. However, I would then get a new ups notification: "delivery rescheduled" for the following day. Only to waste another day waiting and being misled by bogus notifications.
Footway were very nice and responsive and reassured me they would watch the case so that the ups delivery would definitely, finally happen today. But guess what, it didn't!
Footway have now offered to send me a new pair of shoes to be delivered by DHL. They have also slightly reduced the price.
UPDATE
It is now three working days later and a replacement pair of Footway Shoes has arrived on time and in perfect condition, thanks to their changing over to DHL carrier. As a company, I would give Footway five stars. Their customer service has been exemplary.

You are only as strong as your weakest link, and Footways weakest link is their mistake of using UPS as a courier!
The first time UPS tried to deliver there was no one at home but I thought that's ok because my fiance will be at home the next day (UPS will attempt to deliver three days in a row) however they emailed to say that they had tried to deliver the next day but there was no one there, when there definitely was!! On the three days they say they attempted to deliver they never left me a ticket with the barcode number so I couldn't rearrange delivery on the UPS website.
After three days I received an email from UPS that they had taken my parcel to a UPS collection point (i.e. a mini-mart shop) So I went to the shop at 6pm to collect my parcel and what a surprise of course my parcel wasn't there yet!! So I had to return the next day to collect it.
During this whole debacle I emailed Footway a couple of times to complain and although they responded quickly and were polite they said there was nothing they could do. I will never order from Footway again.
Fast efficient delivery of a pair of boots I could not get in the UK - great price. Will certainly use again.

My experience was excellent! I had never even heard of Footway before, but I had been looking for a particular style of western boot for Autumn/Winter. A google search recommended the Footway website, where I found the boots at a great price. I like the fact that I was kept up to date with the tracking, and the shoes arrived within a few days, exactly as described. I realise the poorer reviews seem to be from customers who have had to return items. Thankfully, I've not had to do that, but I am pleased that Footway's delivery service lived up to it's promise.

I have just bought a pair of Reiker boots and I think they are fake. When comparing them to my other Reiker boots there are so many differences. I don’t think they are legit Reiker boots

Beware if you may need to return an item as the process is terrible: Items needs to go back to Sweeden which is a nightmare as the courier they use (UPS) refuse to take international items without paperwork. when they do finally receive it they take forever to process your refund.
