It came so fast about a week, very good answered my question within a day by email, the bed very comfortable. I like it.

Beds are good quality, nice mattress. Shipped quickly at a good price.

Ordered and delivered within in 5 days. Good quality and easy to set up. The bed sinks in the middle of used for more than 3 days.

Prompt communication and delivery. Bed is as described/advertised. Well constructed. Surprisingly comfortable for a folding bed.

Ordering and delivery were fine and quick. Overall quality of the product looks OK.
Assembly of the headboard was however extremely difficult, even for someone with 40+ years of experience with IKEA furniture :-) You need to think of a better way of helping to mate the parts of the mounting bolts.

Beware of this seller is not professional, the quality is not high as they claim.
They do not accept return even if the product comes with defects.
I have received a defect bed, they did not accept return with shipping on their cost even if it was their fault.
I was obliged to enter with them on a PayPal case to preserve my rights.
If there is a zero star I will give it to them.
I will never purchase from them.

I had to send email to request for a tracking number and at the end, the tracking number is not even valid. It has been 3 days and I still have no clue when it is being shipped out or when I shall be expecting the shipment.

Really Good, however would like to have tracked my order. Couldn't see how to do that other than send an email.

I bought the double bed with foam mattress. Seems well made, and comfortable. I haven't had anyone sleep on it yet though. Delivery was quick. The dimensions were exactly as described, but I do wish it was a little larger.

We love this cot. It’s small but comfortable. Stores well. Great value.

The bed is very comfortable, I’m pleasantly surprised. I tried tipping it by sitting on the end and also on the corner, (I weigh 137 pounds) and it was rock solid. I particularly like the little headboard because when the bed is folded up, the headboard hides the mattress ends.

Ordering & Shipping was great, hassle-free! Staff were very responsive when I had questions.

I ordered the double (folding) bed. I preferred the spring mattress but they were sold out and I settled for the foam mattress (spring backing, not wood slats).

I think if it was wooden slats and if it was a spring mattress my back would feel more comfortable and more supported, instead I feel an uncomfortable sinking feeling in the middle of the bed.

Also forgot to note the measurements* This double bed is smaller* than standard double/full beds.

Easy to order and arrived well packaged, as well as in a timely manner. No assembly required and simple to unfold for use.

We received our "Jaybe Value Folding Bed" in a box that had definitely seen better days. Opening up the box we noticed that the plastic clasp that is used to hold the two sides of the bed together was broken. As we pulled the bed out of the damaged box we noticed scuffs on the frame and once we had it out we found a plastic cap for one of the metal supports was missing.

We contacted customer service that night and they got back to us that same day with instructions on a replacement. It's been 2 weeks since I initially order the bed and I don't think my replacement will be here for at least another which is a shame because we're having guests stay over this weekend.
