Folding Bed is a wonderful company to deal with. Eugene answered many of my questions prior to and after purchasing the top end folding bed. We love it.

I was never sure to go ahead with Foldingbed.ca as they prefer to communicate only via email, and the website would not let me register my new account. But turns out, they are very responsive by emails and their product is exactly as shown. Moreover, some reviews with issues about the product design are not convincing as I now have the folding bed for two weeks and I cannot be happier. Looks like this is a huge 'Valur for Money' (VFM) product made to last for years. Thank you Jay-Be, thank you Foldingbed.ca!

I was looking for a rollaway cot online. I wasn't really satisfied with the products all the big retailers where offering mostly with the construction and type of mattress. In my google search it took scrolling through the big retailers and checking out their products before I found this company. They were the only company in my area that sold this brand. They had the product I was looking for but I wasn't sure of the quality and construction. I watched a review on utube of this product I was impressed with the construction and the quality as demonstrated and decided to order it. I was surprised it was a product from England not China. The price was comparable to other brands advertised at other retailers but i thought the quality better. The ordering process online was easy and my contact with the company and the process was very smooth.
They offered an option of free delivery or a discount on pick up. I am very happy with the product - quality and construction - and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The bed came pretty quickly! Putting it together was fairly easy. The threads on the wheels were tricky. They have to be perfect, of course, but, because the threads are so small, it was easy to misalign them, so that took a bit of patience. It’s SUPER comfortable. I got the Supreme Cot Bed with Airflow Fibre Mattress. 100% recommend!

The service was good.
It would be a good idea to draw the attention to the width of the bed. It is not standard. Maybe the company could consider to sell mattress cover and fitted sheet.

Fast and free shipping and the product matches the images. The wooden headboard piece is a little cheap looking so if your putting the bed against a wall I would skip paying the upcharge for it.

We love the comfort of the bed, the height (which makes it easy for someone elderly with a disability to rise out of it), the headboard that will keep pillows from falling off the bed, and the ease of moving it around, whether unfolded or folded. The reasons we didn't give 5 stars are as follows. First, we received no notification of delivery. Thankfully, we were home and were able to get assistance to bring it into the house. Second, two of the headboard bolts were long enough to do up, but the third one was not due to the fact that the head of the bold would not sink into the indentation in the metal frame AND there was a slight gap between the headboard and the metal frame that pressure did not close. If the bolt was .6 cm longer, it would have been able to accommodate such slight, and expected variances. I was able to obtain another bolt from a hardware store that was slightly longer. Lastly, the strap is too short. We had to use pliers to get it undone, it was so tight. When we folded the bed, I extended the strap to the fullest and did up the strap as illustrated, but it required 2 people, one to tightly hold the two parts of the bed together and one to do up the strap. Once done up, the bed appeared to be askew (i.e., the end where the strap was attached fit neatly under the headboard but the other end extended beyond the headboard about 5 cm due to the thickness of the mattress.) Also, the short length of this strap would not allow us to follow your instructions to allow 10 CM between the two ends of the mattress when folded. I will have to source materials to make 2 straps of the right length to finish this project. We can't to use it!!

I love the folding bed because it seems heavy duty and very spacious, good for two people. They also quickly deliver and keep it safe. It is also affordable compared to other folding bed in the market. Thank you.

The folding bed is comfortable..the frame well- constructed and the availability for pick up was immediate.
