Good solution to finding a bed for that unexpected guest. Excellent service from company, prompt response to my order, bed delivered to my door on the day promised for delivery and the bed was just what i was looking for. I recommend this to anyone.

The delivery was much faster than expected, the bed is easy to handle and of excellent quality and also extremely comfortable. The only thing to deplore was that the carton box was damaged and one third open when received. But the bed was intact. On the whole: very pleased. Thank you.

We bought this bed and received it within four days. The bed is sturdy and has minimal assembly. All you need do is attach the casters and the headboard and both are simple to do. The bed itself is comfortable and quite light. The quality of materials is excellent. The only potential problem is it moves really easily across the floor and I'm not sure yet if that will be an issue for my company.

I purchased the Jaybe Revolution Folding Bed with Memory Foam Mattress, 30". Don't be fooled by the quality you THINK you're getting because they SAY it's made in Britain -- I highly doubt that it really is.
- It is not memory foam. It is a cheap thin piece of regular foam.
- To set it up for the night, you have to flip the bed over after opening it. The videos on their web site don't work, so you can't see that before purchasing it.
- The headboard is warped (because it's very thin particle board)
-The spring was attached to the mesh instead of around the metal wire, so the mesh is damaged. With brute strength my husband was able to remove the spring and re-attach it properly. It was NOT an easy fix. The mesh is now damaged.
- It is light and flimsy, and wouldn't withstand an average size adult.
- They won't send a courier to pick it up and refund my money. Instead, I have to pack it back up and drive approximately 2 hours away, to their storage facility, to get a refund.
- I'm VERY disappointed in this purchase. I feel like I got ripped off royally.

The bed seems good so far. The pickup process at the warehouse was confusing as there was nobody available to help. I had to walk through the warehouse and track someone down and they just said "grab the package with your name on it". They seem understaffed.

The bed is great but there is only one thing it is way to short when opened for an older person it is way to hard to get out of the bed. I wish I knew this before I bought it.

My only feedback would be to receive a quicker response to my emails. Also, the number provided on the site, I called probably 20 times but nobody picks up. Also nobody called back. However, I did receive the bed in good condition and I’m happy with it.

I ordered this bed for my granddaughter for when she comes to visit. I was very disappointed that the coasters will not fit on the bed as the holes were not prepared properly, there are no threads to screw in the casters. Very disappointing as company will not resolve unless I have the box to return it in. I am an elderly sick person who had a neighbour assist in bringing it in and took the box away for me assuming that there would be nothing wrong with the bed. Very poor customer service.

The folding bed that I used when I visited our son and his family was more than I expected. It was comfortable to sleep on, didn't feel the springs through the mattress and it was sturdy.
