Foggs is NOT worth the hassle.
I ordered two pairs of Foggs directly from the company on 12/6/21. My order did not arrive until 1/22/22, almost 1.5 months later.
Within this time, Foggs was unable to provide accurate information regarding the whereabouts of my order. According to tracking, it sat in Dallas, Texas, for almost 3.5 weeks before randomly showing up at my door.
Foggs refunded my money without me asking for a refund, which I took as a sign to give up on expecting my order to arrive. To be clear, I never asked for a refund. I only ever asked for information regarding my order's location. And after they refunded my money without consent, they stopped responding to my messages.
Now, two days after the order arrived, Foggs has sent me an invoice for the shoes and is saying to either pay for my order or send it back. All of this after they seemingly gave up on my order and stopped communicating with me altogether.
The customer service has been terrible, if not non-existent, through most of this process. For a brand that appeared to have become widely popular thanks to social media and amassed a collection of good reviews, this experience has been extremely disappointing and I would never recommend anybody order directly from Foggs. It's just not worth the hassle.
And for those curious about the quality of the sandals, they're alright. My wife has narrow feet and she said even hers fit a bit too snug on the sides of her feet. They're comfortable enough, but probably a bit underwhelming for the price paid.
