Unlike most of the other reviews on…

Unlike most of the other reviews on here I love these tablets and I haven't had most of the problems other people say they have had. When I first started ordering them a few years ago communiction was a lot better and the email system even worked! Now however I don't usually hear anything until my products turn up - this is frustrating - I ordered a month ago and still havent received my products! I can see that the courier is still awaiting the parcel and there is nothing I can do about it - and I have run out!! Response please!

I'm informing the fraud team at my bank .

No response from customer service

I actually love the menopause capsules, they don't help with weight loss but do help with less bloating and maintaining a consistent weight. However customer service is a big problem !! I have been waiting weeks for a response from them.I wrote to( Amy@ rejuvit)I have an automatic subscription that unlike others I actually asked for , but one should be able, before money is automactically taken to be able to adjust easily from time to time. To either take a short break or add too the monthly order ( definitely beneficial to both parties ) . Recently I have been having problems with lack of transparency. Payments taken by paypal and no shipment going out ,no tracking numbers or shipping notices going out. Then two deliveries arriving two weeks apart .One I never paid for and one I did.Then a paypal payment on my correct date and no shipping going out at all for almost 2 months !! What is going on ?? Also when I send messages to customer@ rejuvit.co they are bounced back as undeliverable or wrong address !! So now I either want credit for payments and no delivery of product OR cancelling my subscribtion entirely !! My customer id# B-67L67009V6673301X Elizabeth Freud

Thieves

I have just realised this was a subscription which I wasn’t aware of and have paid it for a year and never received any products since my first order. They have robbed me and I am going through PayPal to try and get reimbursed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I purchased this product and it specifically said that it was a one time purchase yet I keep getting product and charged monthly. I did not sign up or authorize a subscription. This needs to be rectified immediately. I sent an email and still waiting for a response. Effective immediately stop this!

The product does not work

The product does not work. I ordered 3 bottles for a 3 month supply. a month later they billed me another $70.00 for 3 more bottles and I hadn't even finished the first one. a month later, just yesterday they took another $70 from my account without my permission and I received an email today that they were shipping another 3 bottles. that is a 9 month supply in just 2 months. I looked at their website again today, there is nothing saying you sign up for a monthly subscription. It also says 90 day back money guarantee, yet the contact us or return policy comes up with a 404. there is no way of contacting these people to get a refund. I will have to turn them into my bank for fraud to get my $ back and put a stop payment on all future tries to they don't keep taking money out of my account. I have emailed them twice from their email sending me the product to no avail as well. Very fraudulent company and now I have to pay the price of buying from them. Please do no buy products from this company.

I need a refund!


I ordered a supplement in November and paid £26.41 and now in December, they have taken the same amount again. I did not subscribe. What a complete con of a company. Do not buy! I will be lodging a formal complaint to the financial ombudsman service unless i am refunded. When I try to contact them to seek support, the page comes up with error 404! Please cancel this transaction nowa
Update:
I have since heard from rejuvit and now they are telling me that I will have to pay more for cancelling my subscription, which I didn't subscribe to. I ordered one product , ONE, in November. They charged me for that and then took another £26.41 in December for a product I did not order. I have not received any further tablets, since the ones in November. I do not want any either! Please just stop this! You are causing me a lot of unnecessary stress!

Total Scam company

Total Scam company, as others have said I ordered a one off bottle and then had money taken from PayPal for another month , I didn't sign up for a subscription at all just a one off bottle to try in October 2025 then a payment for another bottle came out via PayPal 25th Nov 2025 , I immediately sent requests to cancel ive emailed many times , no replies ive no idea how to cancel anything except from going on my subscriptions on PayPal to find it was set up there I unlinked it so no further transactions can be made . Really awful company and the pills are crap . Just scamming money

This company could benefit from being transparent about their contact details, none of which exist even though their websites all mail is delivered unknown, do not deal with this company especially do not subscribe or try to contact them or get a refund on their products as they will not contact you back

I brought these tablets months ago and it didn't say I was entering into a membership. I don't get anything from this membership and every time I try to contact them nothing goes through.

Hi I’ve ordered today and then noticed all of the reviews saying that people have signed up to a subscription without being made aware. I do not want this to be the case for me! Don't work & more pills arrive unrequested and you can't stop them.

I don't think these nutrients have worked for me at all. I bought a bottle and then another arrived very quickly. I immediately emailed the company to ask them to stop sending them. Today another bottle arrived. I went onto their website to remind them of my cancellation, but the fairly short message just would not send. I've tried again, but the same thing happened. You can't contact them, so I can't recommend anyone buy this product. I also tried the website link on Trust Pilot, but the connection failed with an error 404 "object not found". I'm sure there are some nutritionally beneficial ingredients in the pills, hence the two rather than one star, but they are hard sell and don't do what they claim to do.

Rejuvit is a FULL SCAM

This company is a full scam. The products don't work and they automatically take payment from your bank account and send you a 2nd order. I did not sign up for a subscription, I did not tick any box at checkout which stated I want a second order. This company is robbing hard working people off their money.
