The process was just amazing
The process was just amazing. From the beginning he would be giving us the best service. Following up with us on price updates, updating us as to how far in the process we are. And one thing for sure, I’ve never had such an experience from another travel agency.
Most travel agencies say that they are providing you with the best price but there seems to be an ulterior motive to have their commission maximised at the same time. But they are not like that, even when dates are finalised and flights are looked into, if at last minute there is a better option and something that is cheaper, we would be updated and asked if we want to stay with our current choice or move to the new one.
Once you have booked with them you will understand that everything I have said about them is an understatement to the service you will receive
