An airport transfer service that does not reliably show up — or communicate delays in advance — should not be operating. After one late pickup and one complete no-show with no proactive communication, I will not use or recommend this service again.
Reserved the night before for a 10:15 am pick up and confirmatiin recieved per email? No show at 10:15. After 5 calls with no answer someone answered at 10:30 not knowing about the pick up and not able to make it in time
This morning at 4 a.m., no taxi showed up at the scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes, we called the call center, and a lady answered, saying a taxi would arrive in two minutes. After another 10 minutes, a taxi did show up, but it was from a different company, Bolt (booked on the spot by the same lady), and of course, it also had to be paid—at least €50. A terrible experience.
