The flight was late and even though we gave the flight number the driver charged us double the price at the end of the trip {he claimed it was company policy}

very efficient service. both on the outward and return journey I was contacted by telephone by the driver shortly before the appointment, to confirm the pick-up point. both drivers were punctual and helpful. the price agreed in advance was respected. I recommend it

I've scheduled a cab for 4 a.m.
They confirmed.
I've waited for 15 minutes. No answer.
Fortunately I've found a driver by the app Bolt.
Otherwise I could lose my flight.

Simply an awful taxi company. Taxi wasn't there when I arrived at the airport. When I called, I was told the driver needs further 20 minutes! Since I had an appointment, that wasn't possible for me. So I asked for another colleague to come earlier, which they confirmed. Again further 10 minutes of waiting time. I had to call again and was (only then!) told that suddenly there was no other colleague available. Tried to call the initial contact person (who meanwhile had been informed about the mess) and.... - this person simply did not pick up the phone anymore! Because of a lot of luggage, I needed a van, which I fortunately found outside the airport. Biggest plot twist: Instead of the 65,00 Eur this company would have charged, I only paid 43,00 Eur with the taxi I took from the taxi stand outside the building!

I have ordered a taxi through the website (order number 625A82) 1 day before departure at night to the airport, the order was confirmed, the amount was recalculated with the condition of arrival at an additional address. no one came by the appointed time, and even after 20 minutes. There was no phone or whatsapp connection. I had to order another taxi urgently. I almost missed my plane flight. horrible. outrageous service. the next day the manager confirmed that the driver overslept the order 🤦🏼‍♂️

I've used this company 2x now and both times the driver was punctual and delivered me to the airport on time. The reservation was easy to book online , fare was reasonable compared to other companies and after so many bookings (I think it's 8) the next trip is free!
