This morning at 4 a.m., no taxi showed up at the scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes, we called the call center, and a lady answered, saying a taxi would arrive in two minutes. After another 10 minutes, a taxi did show up, but it was from a different company, Bolt (booked on the spot by the same lady), and of course, it also had to be paid—at least €50. A terrible experience.
