Really recommend this company. I needed buttons to train my pup when to tell me she needs to pee and needed them quickly! The customer service team were amazing and the arrived super quickly. The buttons are great quality. Much smaller than other ones in a good way. Easy for my pup to push and means I can take them on the go. Having the speaker on the top is genius and makes all the difference. Hopefully my puppy will figure out using them as quick as their service! Buying more.

I am so pleased to have recieved my Connect buttons. I am new to the concept of teaching my dog to talk via buttons, but a few days in and he is already using the 'Garden button'. The quality of these nifty buttons is amazing. There is no volume control which is a shame, but FluentPet have explained how to reduce the sound if it is too loud, as they are still working on the software to modify sound. This system is a little pricey but if I can let my dog have a voice and share what's in his head, then they will seem very cheap as that ability is priceless! Claire @wearedudleyandco

Free video had a good feel as a starter. I will see about trying the main course after trying buttons out first

The website, shop and emails you receive are us orientated. Links don't work. They send you an offer which you can't use. Furthermore it is expensive. The buttons are expensive but when you live in Europe you also have to pay around a 100,- dollar of shipping- and duty costs. It is really expensive. Problem is, once you started your dog asks for more words and you want to buy more. Realize that before you start! The positive is: I really got more connected with my dog and it is fun. Maybe I have to search cheaper buttons here in Europe.

Order from the Europe shop you will have to pay 60 euros if you buy for 280,- so no much difference. Realize that we are not used to paying shipping costs in the Netherlands. I understand we have to pay taxes when ordered from us. But why if we order from Europe? 60 euros or 100 dollar is a lot. Do love the buttons though but wish they where more affordable.

Something is very wrong at this company. They take money from "customers" as supposed pre-sales and then don't deliver on time -- or apparently at all. I was supposed to get my kit back in June. It's now August. They have had my money since APRIL. You don't even hear from them while they ride out your interest-free loan. I also booked a bootcamp training session (a service they offer for a fee) and they did not even show up for the call! Something is not right here.

I love the buttons and all the added support via boot camps and guides. The only downside is the shipping cost to Australia, which I understand is not really under your control. But for purchases over a certain amount, I think free shipping would be a real draw card to help your products go global.

This is not the first time that I order these buttons and I was always satisfied but now I noticed that the batch that came this time is not as sensitive when my dog presses them. So, I tried myself pressing the buttons and often the button does not play the word that it is programmed to play which requires me to press it twice. I don’t know if this is a new issue that has not been investigated but I suggest that it be investigated asap because I’m unsatisfied with my order.

Great communication from FluentPet. The packaging was sturdy and thoughtful. Setup was as simple as I thought it would be and the accompanying instructions to record my voice were simple and clear.
Not to brag, but my cat, who is very vocal, shows an interest when I tap on the one button I've installed for "outside" and then press it. He's intrigued. I learned great tips on your web site; read them all.
I'm looking forward to attending the live class tomorrow.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. The quality of the board is extremely cheap, and it is prone to scratches. It is not worth the price.

I love the buttons. They are very easy to use and my 9- month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy picked up the whole idea in one day. He is now up to 9 buttons and is using them consistently.

I have left a review before but am still so frustrated. The idea of the buttons is great and my dog is so ready for new buttons, however most buttons stop working within weeks of a month of me getting them. The customer service offers to replace them every time so that is great. But to be honest … I am just tired of complaining about it since they keep quitting to work. I would have loved to buy more and more but now am utterly disappointed. Either the price should be lower on the buttons or quality better. No amount of customer service can make up for the lack of quality for the price I paid

I ordered buttons some that were in stock some that weren’t in stock and I thought that I was going to get the ones that were in stock but I didn’t. I had to wait until the newer buttons came in and then I got an order together.. but now I’m upset that I bought the new version because you can’t hear the sound out of the button like you can the other ones so you can’t move them around the house to train the cats. They have to be in one area which is dumb.

Shipping was fast and the buttons arrived double boxed so they arrived in perfect condition. The buttons are easy to set up, though all of the stickers have come off my current buttons so I might need a new plan for keeping them on. Our dog has picked everything up fast!

My dog has been using FluentPet buttons for over a year but I introduced the buttons without out much instruction or rigor. The Let's Get Them Pressing course helped me get back to the basics and help my learner use his soundboard more effectively. This course specifically helped me plan out the placement of his buttons and work with my learner on precision of hitting his buttons with target training. The combination of online instruction and on demand learning worked really well. Ashley is very knowledgeable and very available to answer questions.

Of all the buttons out there Fluent Pet’s are superior. Smaller and better sound quality. Most others don’t include batteries and the base holding the buttons is also best I’ve seen.
