I had a fantastic experience with Flower Station From the moment I walked in, the shop smelled amazing and was beautifully arranged with fresh, vibrant blooms. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me put together the perfect bouquet for a special occasion.

Not the right day, or the right flowers

I ordered flowers online for my sister's birthday and received an email 2 days before saying that they could not deliver on the correct day and did not have the flowers I ordered. They offered an alternative day and flowers and promised a box or chocolates as an apology. Those never arrived.

Really bad customer service and a website they clearly don't update according to stock or delivery availability. So many other options for flower deliveries, I'd advise choosing another one.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, especially as the flowers were intended for your sister’s birthday.

We’d like to clarify what happened. The order was placed for a Sunday delivery to an address outside of our Sunday delivery range, which unfortunately meant that delivery for the selected day was not available. As soon as this was identified, we contacted you in advance to explain the situation and provide the nearest available delivery date, which you kindly agreed to.

We also informed you at that time that hydrangeas are weather-dependent and, due to supply availability, might need to be substituted. This was discussed with you beforehand and confirmed as acceptable, with the reassurance that any substitution would not impact the value or overall quality of the arrangement. The order was then prepared and delivered accordingly.

Regarding the box of chocolates mentioned as an apology, we’re sorry for the confusion and disappointment caused by this. While our intention was to offer a goodwill gesture, we regret that this was not fulfilled as expected, and we appreciate you highlighting this.

We understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t met, and your feedback about stock visibility and delivery availability has been shared internally so we can continue improving both our website information and communication.

24 Hour Amazing Flower shop

Antonella assisted me in pickjng flowers for my girlfriend and she hit the nail on the head. These flowers are a true representation of my love and although women can be hard to please and borderline ungrateful at times the constant reassurance i receieved from Antonella and her other colleagues allowed me to have faith in my decision. And my partner was more than pleased, even if she found a reason to make herself upset after, or mayb it was tears of joy from the flowers
