Wrong Flowers Delivered 24hrs late.
Placed my order at 1:30 pm on Dec 23rd. Paid additional $5.99 for expedited delivery. No delivery. Called them after 7pm, the automated service stated that there's an unexpected delay. Eventually the delivery was made the next day, 24 hrs later. But they delivered totally different flowers.

BEWARE: Flowers were NEVER delivered
Flowers were never delivered. 4 days now. Customer service is an automated message saying, "Order is on its way." I am usually careful about SCAMS, but their flashy advertisement got me. Purporting to be a local florist. I am very sad for my friend who is near death without our Life Group's encouragement. My next step is file a claim with my payment type for a refund for fraud.

The flower arrangement was BEAUTIFUL!! My daughter loved the arrangement for her birthday. Everything was just as advertised. Only suggestion would be for the delivery person to call when on the way with the arrangement.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER. It is a complete lie, none of the flowers were delivered same day or every the next day. I paid for flowers that same day. I sat on the phone, and all they offered me was canceling the order or a $5 credit, which was absolute crap. I will be contacting the BBB about this.

Really wish I would’ve read these reviews ahead of time. Needed some flowers delivered quickly, but delivery never happened. When I try to track the order, it just basically says “order delivery delayed due to Covid-19”. Like, really??? We still using that excuse in 2025? Now after reading these reviews, it’s pretty clear that it’s just a garbage company employed by a bunch of crooks who’ll take your money & run.

I placed Order #5208936 for delivery on December 20, 2025. The order total was $111.91. The invoice stated the order would be processed and that I would receive an email once delivery was completed.
No delivery occurred. No delivery confirmation was sent. My friend received nothing.
The company advertises “delivery in four hours or less,” yet days later the order remained undelivered. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times using the contact information on their website and received no meaningful response, no refund, and no explanation.
At this point, flowersIn4hours.com accepted payment for a service they did not provide. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am pursuing additional consumer remedies.

DO NOT BUY HERE. I ordered a " beautiful" bouquet. I also added ballons. The flowers looked worse than if I bough 5 roses at walart. It was also not a bouquet it was literly just a few broken roses. No baloons. They offered me 15% disocunt. I said no, they called me the next day offering 30%.

Then when I called to cancel the order after they stopped deliveries for the day, they refused to refund my money!! When the flowers did arrive the next day, they looked horrible! Brown, crushed, nothing like the pictures. Never again from this “company.” What a waste of money!!!
Advertised vs. Delivered Were Completely Different — and No Customer Service
I’m giving one star only because a zero-star option doesn’t exist.
I ordered flowers around 2:00 PM CT on Wednesday (12/10). I understood same-day delivery wasn’t possible, but given the company’s prominent “Flowers in 4 Hours” claim, I reasonably expected delivery the next morning. Instead, the flowers were delivered approximately 27 hours later, between 6–7 PM on Thursday (12/11).
When they finally arrived, the arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised. The website image clearly showed lilies as a major focal flower, yet no lilies were included at all. The arrangement was far less full, the greenery looked cheap and poorly composed, and the overall design appeared unprofessional. Even worse, the container itself looked dirty and streaked, which is completely unacceptable. A side-by-side comparison with the website photo makes this obvious, but, sadly, I can't attach the photo here.
I understand that flowers can vary, but removing major focal flowers, significantly reducing fullness, and delivering an arrangement in a visibly dirty container goes far beyond reasonable substitution.
On Friday morning (12/12) I attempted to contact customer service. The chat feature didn’t work, phone calls were unsuccessful, and I could not find a direct customer service email. I submitted a complaint through the website form. Four days later, I still received no response.
Because the delivery was very late, the quality was poor, and customer service was nonexistent, I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
The flowers were sent to an 81-year-old woman recently diagnosed with throat cancer. This was meant to bring comfort and joy. Instead, it was disappointing and upsetting.
I cannot recommend this company.

Fraudulent Service!!! Flowersin4hours is a total scam and you should spend your money elsewhere. This is the first time I have ever been upset enough to write a review for any company. Searched multiple different flower delivery services in Nashville and really needed same day delivery. I finally decided on spending about $100 more for flowers from this company as per their promise to be delivered within 4 hours. As soon as my payment went through I received and email saying it was rescheduled and ended up not being delivered until 2 days later. Absolutely ridiculous for the price attached, I very strongly recommend you do not give this company your money.

Shameful , I ordered flowers for a same day delivery Dec 6, 2025, it was confirmed a same day delivery with a confirmation it would be delivered on this day , this is for a death, it needed to be delivered , about an hour later i get an email my order was canceled ??? Tried to call no answer , they should be ashamed and this is the first company , my next review is for the second company i called took the money canceled the order.
