A 1 star review is wrong, zero is correct.

Giving this company a 1 star review is wrong, it should have a no star option.

The flowers that they offered were the Teleflora "County Basket" They farmed the actual flowers, delivery etc. out to Blossom Flower Delivery. The delivery in 4 hours was a complete sham, flowers [not country roses, but a vase of 6 wilted roses] was delivered 5 days later. I complained on 1/10/2026 that the flowers hadn't been delivered and they said they'd bump the order up to the "deluxe" version, they didn't so customer service was a joke. when I tried to cancel the order and receive a refund, they sent a vase of roses that looked wilted and brown so they could say that they "fulfilled my order." When I got the recipient to send a photo of the flowers they'd actually sent and saw that they had used a bait and switch, they sent me to AI who gave me the run around so 100% satisfaction guarantee was a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Flowers nothing like pictures; avoid this site

My mother ordered flowers from this site for my birthday. She is over 80 and did not know to check reviews first. This site is barely legit. The flowers arrived after 6 pm (I was out) and were vastly different from the picture on the site. Their site picture shows a full bouquet with roses and many lilies. I got 5 roses; a bunch of carnations and baby's breath; and one lily. No artistic arrangement. I tried to contact customer service about the late delivery; was placed in a phone queue for over 15 mins then when I was "first in the queue" for over 5 mins they told me to leave my number and someone would call back. They never did. My mom is so upset that I did not get anything close to what she ordered. Avoid this site.

Scam warning

Scam warning. Avoid this company.
I paid on Valentine’s Day and received nothing until today (Feb 19). Calls are ignored or disconnected, and emails get no response.

The company uses two different names (“Flowers indoors 4 hours” and “Blossom”), which is suspicious.

I demand an immediate refund. This review will stay public until you contact me and resolve this issue.

Flowers in 4 hours WHAT A JOKE NAME …

Don’t buy flowers from here I purchased flowers on 2/12/26 for my wife it was our first valentine day as a married couple keep in mind name of company is flowers in 4 hours I had delivery day of 2/13/26 it’s now 2/14/26 finally spoke to human and was informed that it would be 2/16/26 before the roses were delivered so I cancelled please don’t count on this organization to help you on your occasion only reason it was given 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me leave zero!!!!

DO NOT order flowers from this vendor

DO NOT order flowers from this vendor - they are a complete SCAM. Not only do flowers not get delivered their tel line hangs up on you consistently and when you do get someone on the line they have no clue about anything and tell you you will hear back in 48 hours. Anything but flowers in 4 hours - bullshit in 3 mins should be their name. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Scariest Scammiest Company in the history of flowers

They dont answer, customer service never circles back and you will buy flowers and hope it comes and then they never do. This is a scam company under multiple names- Blossom Flower Delivery and Flowers in 4 Hours. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

This company has the worst service…

This company has the worst service ever!!!
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Feb 12th. Simple instructions to have them delivered on Valentine’s Day. They delivered them on Feb 12 th. They sent the wrong item and also didn’t deliver the balloons and chocolate I paid for. Customer service tried to tell me they sent me a message telling me the delivery may happen sooner. That was false. Never got a message. They also deliver through doordash who will send a picture of the flowers to the recipient ruining the surprise.

Flowers not delivered same day as advertised

Flowers not delivered on day promised…due to “delays”. I then asked to cancel order and they were unable to do so. No refunds. Customer service is AI generated and not helpful at all. Do not order from this company!

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Chat is a joke. I got one response in an hour. Requested a call and it never came but I got a random call from a hospital. Called customer service and it was AI. After multiple calls I got a human and she said she would have to transfer me for a cancellation and was sent to AI. Do not use!! This is a huge scam

Absolute joke

Absolute joke. Ordered sympathy flowers for a colleague whose father passed away. Wanted same day. the site and the order promised that. Flowers did not arrive same day. Two days later they still have not arrived. Customer service is unresponsive. I've lost $200, and worse, was unable to get flowers to a friend.

This company is a complete fraud!
I purchased a bouquet for my daughter who has a bad case of the flu, and is a college freshman away from home for the first time. Very depressed and upset. They billed me $93.00 (for a $35 bouquet value) and promised delivery in 4hrs. Five hours later they sent me an email saying that they wouldn't deliver until after the weekend. Customer service agent was an offshore outsource who couldn't care less.
This company is an outrage and a total fraud. Probably a 'boiler room' operation preying on people willing to pay a premium for fast delivery of flowers, with no intent or ability to deliver this service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBC, FTC and anyone else I can think of.

Everything with this order has gone completely wrong I will NEVER use this company again let alone pay $100 for flowers that say they’re gonna be delivered in 4 hours not only did I order these flowers over 5 days ago I still haven’t received them and they texted the person the flowers are for and ruined the surprise completely and still no flowers and everyday they say it’s coming or it’s a new issue with the company and they make it impossible to get in touch with an actual human to speak to so take it from me save your time and money and don’t use this ridiculous company.

This was the worst customer service…

This was the worst customer service experience of my life.

I had to work 3, 12 hour shifts and so could not see my mother for her 79th birthday, so, I ordered flowers. I ordered them on the 6th for a January 7th delivery. They got there the 8th and in horrible condition, wilted, brown and much smaller than the $70 bouquet I ordered. No Lillie’s were present on delivery but pictured on the website.

I called customer service and had to deal with AI before getting a human. I spoke to 4 different people, one particularly rude one that would not let me get a word in. No one would transfer me to a supervisor. I got dropped three times. When they did attempt to transfer me to a supervisor, I went back to square one and had to navigate AI all over again.

My delivery and flower charges totalled $100.00. I wanted to brighten my mom’s birthday especially because she was just told she needs to start dialysis. Timing matters in flower delivery.

Still shocked that these people can operate. I’ll spread the word far and wide.

Flowers were delivered late and bouquet delivered not as advertised

Ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday, and was glad to find they had one with Hello Kitty. Flowers were delivered 2 days late and Hello Kitty was not included. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from customer service. They should not have given the option to be delivered in the same day if that is not possible. Also, should not have advertised the Hello Kitty if they don’t have the product.

Wrong Flowers Delivered 24hrs late.

Placed my order at 1:30 pm on Dec 23rd. Paid additional $5.99 for expedited delivery. No delivery. Called them after 7pm, the automated service stated that there's an unexpected delay. Eventually the delivery was made the next day, 24 hrs later. But they delivered totally different flowers.

BEWARE: Flowers were NEVER delivered

Flowers were never delivered. 4 days now. Customer service is an automated message saying, "Order is on its way." I am usually careful about SCAMS, but their flashy advertisement got me. Purporting to be a local florist. I am very sad for my friend who is near death without our Life Group's encouragement. My next step is file a claim with my payment type for a refund for fraud.
