I’m happy with the service.

Floward UAE = horrific experience. wouldn’t let me set my address. When I tried using the link provided it said to contact customer service - so I did and gave them my address for delivery. Next thing they send an automated text saying it won’t be delivered because after multiple attempts to contact me they didn’t receive an address! Which was so untrue as it was the other way around me trying to send them my address and then eventually being able to do so. When I rang back customer service the guy was so rude and said the sender had cancelled the order. Which was also a lie seeing as my friend had been in contact with me all morning trying to sort it on her end. She received a text from them saying your order has been cancelled and they kept trying to tell her she cancelled it. All they could offer was credit for the website when all we wanted was for the gift to be delivered? Horrible, unprofessional and just not good enough.

One of the worst experience using Floward Kuwait. Did not delivered within set timeframe. The address was repeatedly sent thru WhatsApp a night before just to confirm. No customer services. No robotic replies. They messed my occasion.
I suggest public to never choose this company for any gift services. Headache, frustration, and at the end total failure. Very sad.

Thank you for your great and excellent service! I am not living in the UK but sent a gift to my lovely friend by Floward! Arrived on time and in a great shape! What a great time to be alive lol.

They are the worst ever never delivers on time or it goes to a different address.
The last problem is that I ordered flowers few days back to be delivered for a a birthday which was yesterday 4/9 and till now it’s not delivered I have them a lot of chance but really they are not trust worthy.

We hired Floward for our wedding day and I couldn't be happier with the setup Ashley and her team had done. We’ve given Ashley a simple brief with the type of flowers and colours we would like, and she came up with beautiful suggestions, and on the day everything looked exactly how I imagined it! I wholeheartedly recommend Floward for your next event x

It was easy to place the order and the option to contact the recipient for the address was convenient. However, more options should be available for same day delivery.

Professional services

I hosted a private dinner. I wasn't given much notice to find a venue/organise the dinner. I required a quick turnaround re: florals for the table. Floward delivered in spades! The floral arrangement looked classic & beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

The high level of communication was the best part. I wrote on the note asking if they could replace any of the flowers with a blue one. They sent me a message saying they couldn’t, but they gave me other suggestions. Communicating about the little details makes the customer more comfortable and happy with the experience.

I have ordered a flower bouquet from floward uk as a birthday gift for a special person, I had high expectations on it but turned out to be a “DIY” flowers that had to be arranged by the recipient which is not suitable for a birthday gift. The flowers have not bloomed and were in an unappealing box.👎👎👎I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THERE

I had a bad experience with Floward Saudi. The flowers they delivered were dead (I have supporting pictures), despite the arrangement being so expensive. Instead of caring about their reputation and replacing the order to compensate for the embarrassment they caused, they did nothing. I will never order from them again.

I had a terrible experience with Flowered UAE. They sent me flowers in very bad condition. The minute I opened the bouquet, all the peonies were falling off. I sent them video and photos of the damaged flowers, but they did nothing. Their complaint team hasn't refunded me, apologized for the service, or sent a replacement. They're completely unresponsive and keep repeating the same answer: "Someone will get in touch with you." But nobody ever does. They promised a refund, but I haven't received it, nor have they sent any replacement flowers. Their service is the worst, with bad quality flowers, poor customer service, and unresponsiveness. Avoid this company at all costs!
