We source our flowers daily from the best growers and farmers around the world to create one of a kind stunning arrangements and plants that fit every occasion.

We partner with local and international brands to offer a wide range of gifts including chocolate, perfumes, cakes and more, coupled with our arrangements to create the perfect gift.

We also partner with exciting and creative designers to give them the opportunity to express themselves by creating their own exquisite bouquets and showcase them on our store.

Operating in 34 cities in nine countries across the MENA region and London, UK, we guarantee same-day delivery across the board through our own refrigerated fleet to ensure our arrangements arrive fresh to the customer.

In the UK we offer Same Day delivery in London up until 5pm and next day delivery via our Next Day Delivery Service called Nationwide.

Worst flower delivery in UAE

The company was meant to deliver at night. I trusted them because they priced their items high (rookie mistake for anyone buying online). But how would I have known? I don’t come from there. I just wanted to give a gift to my gf who is there for the time being for her birthday and them selling themselves as a premium flower vendor all over the world gave me a sense of calm.

But NO! They do not contact you when the item is being delivered. They do not read any of the client notes. Their help center is a bot. They do not try to exhaust all things necessary before considering the delivery a fail and worse, they gaslight you into thinking that the cause of failure was because the recipient rescheduled when she clearly did not even know that a delivery was happening since it was a surprise.

My title says “the worst” because I ordered from another company who completed my order in 1 day, in fact in a few hours. I ordered from these guys (floward) weeks prior to the date and they managed to mess it up.

Tried to cancel the order before it…

Tried to cancel the order before it delivered but there was a problem with the app that could not be solved as there was a bug from their end. Customer service team did not help and just stated the obvious

THIEFS. The founder Abdulaziz ignored our messages

We ordered on a special occasion (Eid) for our sick mother that lives in a different country and Floward claimed they delivered it when they never even attempted to contact her and did not show up to the address, when we asked them what will happen next, they said sorry, we cannot do anything about.

This company, the founder, everything about it is despicable. Please please do not buy from here, there are so many better options.

Never delivers, scum

Never delivers, made me wait 2 times almost 7 hours in total and after that told me that the courier couldn’t contact me( my phone, whatsup was turned on all the time), moreover I m staying in the 5 star hotel where I gave them room number, they never even reach the hotel

Very very poor services from your…

Very very poor services from your company. I was expecting my delivery to come on Valentine’s Day and my order is still more than 1 hour late as I’m typing this. I’m going to be late for work because I stayed awake waiting for my delivery. You can’t provide simple tracking information to tell me how far the driver is. I’m very disappointed. And you have ruined my anniversary and Valentine’s Day. So thank you

i ordered cake & flowers they send to…

i ordered cake & flowers they send to me to much late after 10pm , cake is broken i ask them why like this because it’s driver very Dunked so I didn’t discuss with him I informed with floward they not responding also very sad , our beautiful moment they make disappointed ☹️ I thought I'd post this so that no one else will have the same thing happen to me this time

Forward Egypt is the most horrible…

Forward Egypt is the most horrible customer support and customer service
I have ordered to be contacted with the receiver within three hours
The order even after more than 24 hours shows received and even not prepared neither sent
I contacted the customer support they said they need from me to send them the location and I sent the address but the order staus still not changed
They market their product as you don’t need to. Send the address just a mobile number and will contact with the receiver to confirm the address of delivery within the same area..
customer service and support team are Not available and when available Not helpful and giving Not valid excuses instead of solving problems or offering solutions
