Perfect, sufficient

Excellent service
Especially taking all the responsibilities to call a person and make sure of their best timing to deliver

The order came on time+ it was better than the pictures.
One thing I was upset about is the delivery guy. When I didn’t hear the doorbell he called and said that he left it with the reception and I should come down. I said no I can’t please come upstairs.
He came upstairs and knocked my door very very loudly!! When I opened the door he just ran away. Disappointing attitude.

Writing this review about my own experience. Ordered a bouquet, all fine and smooth no problem. Yes I did a mistake regarding delivery time, want to rectify it. No help no support or trying to understand. You can know the answer from the way they talk to you it’s can’t be done , impossible etc all with the ward sir. Really this is the first and last time I deal with them and blaming my daughter as she introduce this service to me , wish she and all her friends stop dealing with them , this might be happening only in saudia branch.

Absolutely disappointing. Pre-ordered for Valentines day. They reached out 2 days before Valentines day asking to pay double or reschedule as they are busy. Unacceptably rude customer care and they also send message to recipient ahead of time and informed of arriving gift forcing the customers to pay double for Vday delivery. Choose an alternative and never rely on this service. Absolutely worst in UK.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and embarrassment regarding the recent flower delivery I ordered through your service. I had specifically requested a vase of flowers, but to my dismay, the recipient received them in a paper bag. This experience has been the worst I've had with your application.

Your platform used to be my go-to option for gifts and flowers, and I am genuinely concerned about what went wrong in this instance. I would appreciate a prompt investigation into this matter and a resolution to ensure such lapses do not happen in the future.

Nem at Floward is an exceptional, talented florist who created my wedding flowers with such creativity, beauty and flair. The arrangements were stunning and everyone commented on the magnificence of them. He worked to a set budget and communicated well with myself and other vendors so I didn’t have to worry at all. I will most certainly choose Nem and Floward for any future events.
