majestic Quick step Laminate flooring
My wife and I after having a rewarding working life are now a retired couple with time on our hands to have decorated our home and refurbished the bathroom and kitchen with only the flooring to complete. We were impressed with the quality of Majestic Quick step Laminate flooring we placed in the hallway and kitchen and extension, our last order was to complete the fitting of the lounge 30 square metres . Overall the look is amazing, unfortunately 1 pack did have some damage to several pieces.

Oribil service I order floring and fix the date to delivering and I lost all my day for delivery and is not coming all call to ask they say is lost my order and i cancel order and they say ok but nothing not notified is cancel or not I call again and again ok we cancel your order second time and again waintig il lose my time and my patience.

Apart from not being able to get the flooring anywhere else at the price we paid, the delivery was very quick, but the main reason for 5 stars is I emailed the day after delivery to say a box was damaged and 3 planks had damage to the corners not a massive problem but these items aren't cheap, I got an instant reply and was told they would send a new complete box which I thought was the best outcome for me, great customer service.
