Excellent company to buy from. Bought Quickstep flooring on two occasions. Second time one pack was damaged in transit but flooringking quickly sent out a replacement pack with no quibble. I would definitely recommend this firm . Quick response from customer service.

I have used Fooring King three times with no problems
I have used Fooring King three times - all for urgent deliveries. Each time the items have arrived on time, in good condition and via courteous couriers. Having spent almost a year with an extension being built I have not found this to be the case with many suppliers I have used. WELL DONE Flooring King. You demonstrate that it IS possible to fulfil orders on time and pleasantly.

Would have given 5 stars but there was some slight issues surrounding delivery, mainly an issue at the warehouse and no tracking information but I called and the man I spoke too was nice and was able to help me out. Will be using them again in the future though as I was so pleased with the overall service.

Worst delivery procedures ever!!!
I booked 1 day holiday to be able to received my delivery. On the day, no show, no comms, totally silence.
I called back and was told package was damaged and need to be rebook for 4 days after... I needed to book another day of holidays. Same again. No show, no calls, totally disregard for the customer. I needed to call 4 more times on that day to make sure they deliver my package. depot is only 24min away.
PLEASE review your delivery procedures. These ones in place are a total nightmare!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been for you, particularly given the inconvenience of having to arrange time off to accept your delivery.
I would, however, like to clarify a few points. On the first occasion, we informed you that pallet had been damaged in whilst loading. This was unfortunately outside of our control, but we did communicate this to you as soon as the information became available, ahead of the original delivery date.
Following this, a redelivery was arranged. We can confirm that the order was delivered on the agreed date and within the time slot provided to you by the delivery company. Throughout the process, we passed on all updates and information we had available at the time.
That said, I completely understand how disappointing and disruptive this situation has been from your perspective, and I do appreciate your frustration. Your feedback regarding the delivery process has been noted, and we will continue to raise these concerns with our courier partners to help improve the overall experience for our customers.

I'm giving one star as it's very important for this company to learn don't advertise stuff that you haven't got and you cannot get hold of to customers that are desperate to get their jobs done.
Take their money and then give it back in a week's time.
Well done in getting a little bit of interest on somebody else's money but not good practice for a business.

We do take concerns like this seriously, however I would like to clarify the timeline of events. You were informed within 24 hours of placing your order that there was an issue with stock availability. As soon as you confirmed that you wished to cancel, your refund was processed within 48 hours.
At no point was there any intention to mislead or to “hold” funds unnecessarily. Stock discrepancies can occasionally occur despite our best efforts to keep availability accurate, and when they do, we aim to notify customers as quickly as possible and resolve matters promptly, as we did in this case.
We appreciate that this was inconvenient and not the experience you were expecting, but the suggestion that funds were deliberately retained is not accurate.
