My experience with FlightOffice follows a bait-and-switch pricing pattern.
At first, the price shown looks genuinely low. Nothing seems obviously wrong. But after you agree to proceed, you are contacted and told the fare is no longer available. You are then asked to pay extra. This isn’t a misunderstanding or a one-off pricing issue. It’s a deliberate strategy: attract customers with a low price, then change the conditions once you are already committed.
What I’d strongly recommend if you’re in the same situation
Do not agree to pay extra.
This is exactly what they expect. Every extra conversation just wastes your time.
Do not wait hoping for a refund.
Delays are part of the process. Contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback for misleading pricing or a service not provided as advertised.
Report the case to Google, especially if you found FlightOffice via Google Flights.
Google continues to list and recommend FlightOffice even after fraud reports. In practice, Google only reacts when there are many formal complaints, not individual ones.
Report it to Action Fraud.
These reports are logged and monitored. One report may not trigger action, but many reports absolutely do.
Contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
They pass cases on to Trading Standards, which is how real investigations start.
Include Google in your reports.
Make it clear that Google continues to promote this company after being notified. Platforms don’t change behaviour unless there is regulatory pressure.
One last thing
Citizens Advice may suggest writing a formal letter to FlightOffice. Based on experience, this is unlikely to work. They ignore letters. Banks and regulators are far more effective.

Really bad experience... its a scam. They advertise one rate then they call you to says prices have gone up by £100+ ... 2 days later the cheap price is still advertise. Then they keep your money for a couple of weeks

I booked a flight today and I was worried that the ticket wasn't confirmed as usual and when I contacted them they claimed that the fare has changed to charge me more money
Misleading, inacurate information and a lot of hassle to ask them for refund, I am not even sure if I will receive my refund soon or not
also please be careful there's a trick of refund process they will send you an email to confirm the cancellation and the refund but will ask you to reply to confirm at the end of the email to delay it and get you into trouble
They don't have a nerve of shame to put people under pressure and a lot of depression

This company blackmails people to pay more for confirmation of ticket once they book tickets from their site. It happened with me and then I cancelled my deal with them over this blackmailing but they purposefully delayed my refund for 10 days and tortured me mentally. I will never deal with this company in the future and would never recommend it to anyone.

I booked my flight yesterday 02 Jan for April 2026 and Ricky was very helpful in helping me sort everything out. Due to an oversight, I did not realise that I had booked the flights without checked bags. Ricky was able to help sort this with a good price and also help get my Desiree’s seats. I booked a London-Buenos Aires flight through FlightOffice. The next day I received a phone call saying the airline had “run out of tickets” at the fare I purchased and that only a higher fare (about £130 more) was available. I was asked to make a decision on the spot during the call.
I would have preferred this information to be sent by email first, so I could compare options properly. After the call, I checked the fares myself and saw that 1) the same fare I originally booked was still being offered on their website, and that 2) the airline was selling the same itinerary for only £50 more.
Had this been communicated in writing, I would have had the time to research these details before deciding, and the booking might not have needed to be cancelled.
The cancellation was accepted, but the refund timeframe given was 14-21 days, which feels excessive for a booking cancelled due to fare issues.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and confusing. I hope they review their communication process so customers aren’t put on the spot without the chance to verify information.
Update: the refund appeared in my account the same day this review was posted.

FOORD24138 I bought a ticket for £235 and immediately called me to pay another £80. I refused and wasted an hour on the phone with Mr Philip. Waste of time. In the end they said at least £15 to pay on this link
I didn't accept and only when they realized they weren't getting a penny from me did they send me the ticket. This company's sales practice is execrable. I'm surprised that they have the right to operate in the UK and no authority is checking their illegal activity.
