Flightoffice is a scam
Booked and paid £588 flight to NZ. Was contacted the following day saying I had booked a basic seat, of which there were no more available and I had to upgrade to a standard seat at a cost of £180. I said no, I wanted what was advertised. They extra cost suddenly dropped to £75! I asked for a full refund. They agreed (Sean his name was) and sent me an email to confirm this. Then...nothing! No contact or refund given...over a month now and can't get hold of them. Scammers!!
SCAMMERS!! Avoid at all cost. Called 10 mins after booking flight demanding more money for the flights. Went through the FRAUD department for my credit card and got my money back. Indian scammers working out a call centre. AVOID!

I had an issue with my booking and I was not getting any responses. I finally called the number and Ben Jones was able to help me right away and help resolve my issue. He was very helpful.
I bought two flight tickets on 10 November 2025 and paid the full advertised price. Within hours I received a phone call saying the ticket price had “increased” and I was asked to pay an extra £150 for ticket to “secure the booking”.
I asked for a full refund immediately. I was told it would be processed within 7–10 working days.
As of 14 January 2026 — over three months later — I still have not received my refund, despite repeated follow-ups.
This experience has been extremely stressful, time-consuming and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking with this company.

Bought a flight for £500. Received an email minutes later saying that the airline had changed the price, and that I needed to pay another £78. This was without baggage, which made it a bad price. So I declined to pay the extra and asked for a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 working days to process. It has been 19 working days, excluding various days at Christmas and New Year. This is unacceptable.

As many others have said. Complete scam company…. Book with them, then they call quickly and say you must pay more (25% in our case) but if you’re not happy you can cancel. I told them to cancel and received another 3 calls telling me we can price match, oh wait no we can’t.
Well that was 2 weeks ago and unsurprisingly no refund and “Ben” wont respond to my emails.
Credit card chargeback incoming!

They took my money for a flight then failed to book it. They did not call or email to let me know for at least 3 weeks until I checked by ringing them a few days before the flight. They said the price had changed and it was now going to be £300+ more expensive to get the ticket (that I had already paid just under £500 for). They did not even try to communicate with me about this flight not being booked. I have had to rebook a different flight at increased cost 4 days before travelling thanks to flight office. If they had tried to communicate to me any of these issues it may have been avoided but they just didn't bother.

Bought a ticket from their website, received a call back saying the price has supposedly changed and I need to pay a ridiculous extra amount. Honestly a waste of time, so be aware when purchasing. I was fooled by some of these good reviews.
