I got a very good deal for a long distance flight and the company seems very professional and reliable. Its unfortunate I had to make changes to my flight due to an emergency but Dave was very helpful in finding a flight on the day I needed it. I contacted this travel agency on 18 December to explain that I could not travel due to the death of my sister and requested cancellation under compassionate circumstances.
I was asked to provide a death certificate, which I did promptly. I was then asked to prove my relationship to my sister. Despite explaining that no single document exists to prove a sibling relationship, particularly where siblings do not share the same father or surname, I provided all reasonable supporting evidence, including marriage certificates and the birth certificates of our children.
The agency refused to consider this evidence and insisted that only my sister’s birth certificate would be accepted, a document I do not have access to.
Despite spending over £3,000, I was initially told I would receive just £90. This was later increased to £500, which I was given one hour to accept while in the middle of bereavement.
It later became clear that this company does not purchase tickets directly from the airline. Instead, bookings are made through an unidentified third party supplier, which was not explained at the time of purchase. When problems arise, responsibility is deflected to this supplier, leaving the customer without support or accountability.
There was no empathy, no flexibility and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. The process felt deliberately obstructive and punitive at a time of profound personal loss.
This matter is now being pursued through my card provider and formal complaint channels. I would strongly urge others to think very carefully before booking with this company.

I did travel with this agency. Based on my experience, their typical strategy is bait and switch.
I proceeded with the booking mainly because I did not want to go through the hassle of requesting a refund after reading similar negative experiences from other customers.
However, I would like to acknowledge that the agent who booked my ticket, John, showed strong search skills or they have a better tool than Google flights. He managed to find a better flight (on a different date) which is cheaper and offers through checked baggage service, although I was still charged the original booking price. While this likely resulted in a higher commission, I did not mind, as it effectively paid for his expertise and tools.
As for whether I would use this agency again, I am currently undecided. Their after-sales support was disappointing. I requested assistance in checking the lowest cost to change a flight, but my inquiry did not receive any follow-up.

Im grateful that Ricky one of the staff reached out for me and sorted it out, I paid extra cost which wasnt too bad and worth the price also got my preferred seats . But so far its a great deal for the price I paid! Thanks alot Ricky

This website is well and truly a scam. They advertise false prices, then call to say you need to pay more to secure your booking. I got emails and calls from a 'senior executive' named 'Patricia' Do not use this site. Just book with anyone else

Today I learned to trust neither Flightoffice nor Trustpilot, given that this scam outfit has a high rating on here. I made a booking, received a confirmation email and then had a call back claiming my payment was declined, that the flight was not available at the advertised price and that I'd need to pay hundreds more than the original quote in order to make the booking. I told them where to go, obviously.
I've checked with my credit card issuer and no payment was attempted. This was clearly an attempt to get my details by advertising a fake price, then attempt to bounce me into buying an above-market price for the ticket.
The generic and noncommittal responses to the real reviews of them on here, the number of fake reviews and the small print on the booking confirmation email I received all demonstrate that this company knows exactly what they are doing. It's a deliberate scam.

AVOID! Lying company- saying payment hasn’t gone through (which is a lie, as confirmed by credit card company) and will clearly wait a few days with my money and then ring me telling me the price has gone up, demanding more money, as in other people’s experience. Positive reviews are most probably fake. Learnt my lesson to check a company ratings prior to clicking a link on google flights. Will claim money back through credit card and will be reporting to trading standards.
