Fix Auto Mid Devon staff were so kind to me when my car was involved in an accident, Wendy, Linda and Andy knew exactly how to deal with someone who's car has been in an accident and have been upset by it.
They were so reassuring and easy to talk to and gave me updates on the progress of the car.
Quite a bit of work was done on my car, but when Andy brought it back it looked just like new!
I can't praise this company highly enough and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Vehicle went in to be fixed after someone crashed into me
They was replacing the front bumper and replacing front headlight
Front bumper didn't get clipped or bolted in and they had snapped the plastic bracket for the headlight and melted it back together because im guessing they didn't want to replace it ane they done a awful job of it now they are going to have to replace it anyway and they are just incompetent at fixing a bumper and headlight

Amazing service
Amazing service. Had work done on a dent after an accident and went through our insurance company. Car was picked up from my home at the same time as they left me a courtesy car. The two gentlemen who came were so down to earth, friendly and helpful and said if I had any problems I only had to call fix auto. We were able to track our car while it was there and with in a week the work was done and my car returned to my place of work, so super convenient. Our car came back looking brand new!! I hardly recognised it! Would definitely use this company again if we needed to and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

My review is based solely on the customer service, as my car was declared a total loss, so I can't comment on the quality of the repair work.
Jade provided outstanding customer care throughout the process. Communication was clear and easy, and the responsiveness from Fix Auto UK was truly first-class.
Thank you for making such a stressful and disappointing situation a much more positive experience. Losing my car wasn't ideal, but the excellent customer service made a real difference.
