Fix Auto Mid Devon was amazing. From beginning to end, they were compassionate and so helpful. They communicated with me through every phase of my car's repair journey. I never had to chase for updates. My car came back immaculate, and the courtesy car they provided was also immaculate, and even though it looked small, my two teenage boys, one of whom is a 6ft 3 rugby player, could fit comfortably. If your insurance company says they use Fix Auto Mid Devon you can rest assured you are in good hands.

Everything ran smoothly from collection of my vehicle to delivery of said vehicle following repair. I was kindly provided with a courtesy car for the duration (4 weeks). Communication throughout was first class - I was aware of every stage of the repair process which was quite extensive not least as it is a large vehicle. The staff I dealt with either in person or on the phone were most courteous and very well informed.

No complaints
The booking and collection process was good. My repair was brought forward a couple days with an expected 1 week repair time. Unfortunately the repair assessment was amended due to not being able to repair a door, so a new door had to be ordered. This and Bank Holiday Monday delayed the car return by a couple of days. On return the car repair looked very good and completely acceptable. Overall no complaints a good job, good communication throughout.
