Customer service with good job
Every single member of staff were excellent. Great communication, kept me informed and in the loop through every stage of the process. Dee at the reception was courteous and polite even while I was upset on my way . I didn't get the name of the assessor on the day, but he was knowledgeable and helpful too.they priotice job to suit your schedule.I would highly recommend fix auto Weston super mare and their services.

Recently recommended this repair garage to my son’s for his car repair. I must say as a customer of Auto Technics and now part of Fixed Auto for over 40 years they didn’t let me down with my recommendation.
The service and quality of the work was outstanding as always they know me well being a customer with expectations of high standards.
The after sales and quality of work is key for someone like me they have never failed to deliver all the team are excellent understanding and very professional lead by Simon.

Everything was really good
Everything was really good. The young lad was really good. But the only problem was that when I got there I was face timed and personally I'm sorry but I thought was stupid. Why nobody could come and speak to me face to face was beyond me! I was glad that young man was there so I could show him (sorry I forgot his name)

Great experience here
Great experience here, dropped off my car easily, the repair was done by the next day and the collection was simple. They did a superb job, car looks brand new. Would highly recommend to anybody and would definitely use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed our car back from an upcoming holiday and Debs and the team did everything possible to make that happen. Car is fully repaired and been cleaned/valeted, as well as few additional extras they didn't have to do. Would be happy to use again but hopefully not anytime soon!
