Damage to you car is always a stressful time for all concerned so it was wonderful that my insurance company suggested Fix Auto in Crowlas and the whole process went so smoothly. Firstly taking my car over to check what needed doing. Being informed of the next stage and that they would contact me to book it in when my insurance company agreed the quote. This they did a few days later and the a few days after that the car was taken in to be sorted. I had a courtesy car to get back home and they told me they would phone when my car was ready. They did an incredible job with it my car especially as they had to match the color Orange Fusion. Thank you Lesley and Mark for all your help.

A very friendly, professional staff that put me at ease and kept me informed all the way through the repairs. The repair itself was perfect. I highly recommend this garage and would 100% use it again.

Courtesy car had faults in it van took two weeks to be returned and repairs where not complete money taken in advance dropping of the van was an hour late and had done over 600 miles in my car when it should have 40 ! They were not nice about it staff were unhelpful

Reception/admin staff were excellent. Whether visiting or calling the responses were always helpful. Pleased they managed to fit in my repair when it was most convenient for me.

The repair work carried out on my Audi Q3 was very good. However, the communication on when my vehicle would be ready was exceptionally bad.

What a good experience, my car came out like brand new

I had a really good experience with fix auto portsmouth. The staff were all lovely to talk to and really helpful. The communication was excellent. I knew what was happening from start to finish. They actually fixed my car before the estimated completion date. When I picked my car up you wouldn't have know any damage had been done. Really pleased with the work. I would highly recommend fix auto portsmouth. My car was sent here through an insurance claim but I would definitely use them for any private work in the future. Thank you for a great service!

Few weeks ago, the front bumper of my car pulled off because of my bad driveway . I googled car bodywork shop and I got Fix auto, the receptionist ask me to send the pictures of the car.
This gentleman came to mine to see the car, he fix the bumper and ask I should drive it to his workshop to finish the repair. I was expecting my bill because someone has charged me £300 before, to my greatest surprise, he said no bill that he did it free of charge. What a kind person. God bless you.
