Awful communication and customer service
Took a week to give us a courtesy car and when we got one it was filthy and being held together by duct tape. Communication about the work being done and timelines was non existent. Had to physically call them every time for any scrap of information. The only reason I haven't given them 1 star is they eventually did finish the work needed and there was one person in their head office that actually made an effort. Would not recommend to anyone and good luck if your insurance company sends you there.

The actual repair work on my landrover…
The actual repair work on my landrover was spot on, however since having my car back a few things went awry, air intake pipe was never reconnected (not a big deal), one headlight was off and pointing way up to the sky. The outer door seal on the side of the repair was never put back on properly. Again all minor things and I would use them again it’s just niggly things that you wouldn’t expect. All in all, happy with the repair work just the odd things that you’d of thought would be checked before vehicle is handed back

Positive experience from start to finish
Kept informed throughout the process. The collection of my car, the work being done and the dropping my car back to me was all done smoothly. I cannot fault the work completed my car looks as good as new.
The courtesy car was not the best but gave me the freedom to continue my day to day business which I appreciated

I've had to fault find and re-wire the headlight as it failed the day after getting the vehicle back. Earth leads had not been secured tightened...
A self tapping screw has been randomly inserted into the headlight surround to hold it flush. Replacing the cheap plastic indicator and sidelight screw retaining clips would have made this botch unnecessary...

The repairs on my car look great and my car returned nice and clean, I wasn’t happy with the service I was given, times to have my car collected were not as promised, whilst trying to arrange the collection I was not spoken to very politely and my courtesy car was not particularly pleasant.

awful service....didnt follow up with a courtesy car....took three weeks to arrive.
repairs half done.....car was filthy dirty when it was picked up.
when complained about certain things , a lady was very rude in the main office.

We understand your frustration with the recent service. we have investigated your journey and found that we had a long delay progressing your repairs because your vehicle had not been taxed or mot'd for at least six months prior to the accident date and we needed your insurer to agree to ignore this. we also needed it to be a valid insurance claim before we could give you a courtesy car. your car also had 4 bald tyres which we had to ask you to replace before we could legally return it, you refused this and said you would collect it instead, but you called in to the office and asked that we pay for your tyres "because we hadn't given you a courtesy car" We value your feedback and will use it to improve our service but I think a little perspective is needed here.
