Friendly, helpful staff over the phone and with pick up before repair and delivery of our car after repair.
Pleased with the repair and had a similar amount of fuel in it, to when it went. No excess mileage either. Cleaned when dropped off. Happy.

Brilliant MX5 repair…
Used fix auto UK to repair my Mazda MX5 was damaged all down one side .It was repaired through my insurance all so I wanted some extra work done which they done at the same time they did a amazing job and totally cleaned my car . They kept me informed about the progress on the work gave me a brand new courtesy car . Highly recommend

I had a really good experience with Fix Auto from start to finish. The team were professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. The quality of the work was really good and my car looked as good as new when I picked it up. Everything was completed on time with no surprises, and the pricing felt fair for the level of service. It’s not always easy to find a garage you trust, but I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Looks good but can't drive it
During the process of getting the vehicle repaired we received good regular update. With the part being on back order again we had been kept informed.
Once the vehicle had been completed we had been told it would be dropped off the vehicle never arrived that day. After a week of chasing we went to collect the vehicle. It looked good from the outside but when it came to drive it, it was un-driveable. wheels out of align and a struggle to drive it straight it has now had to go back for more time off of the road.

While we are pleased the vehicle presented well cosmetically, we have now had further authorisation for extra work and will ensure that this is done as swiftly as possible to get you back on the road in the same manner.

Excellent honest company, service, and repair. When I came to collect my car I was informed a calibration wasn’t required in the end (I would never have known) and the bill was reduced accordingly. An excellent job all round.
From the moment I was called to arrange collection of my vehicle, to the time I was recalled to collect it from the hire car company, the service that was provided was fantastic, in fact second to none. In what I thought was going to be a stressful situation turned out to be very easy.
The two ladies that I spoke to I believe were called Kim and Courtney, they were reassuring, polite and friendly.
My car arrived back as good as new & she even got a little wash as well. Smelling fresh.
Thank you so much for everything, something that wasn’t my fault wasn’t so bad in the long run.
