Couldn’t fault Fix Auto’s service. They were appointed by our insurance company, Admiral. Our car had suffered extensive cosmetic damage to the rear door and wheel arch. Fix Auto were swift and efficient. Within 24 hours they’d picked up our vehicle and supplied us with a courtesy car. A week later, they returned our car - good as new. A beautiful repair. With, clearly, no expense spared. They’d even given the car a full valet. We were kept informed throughout by the cheerful and courteous Kim. One, sad to say, doesn’t expect this kind of service from anyone these days, so the whole experience, which could have been rather stressful, turned out to be very uplifting. If anyone asked, we’d not hesitate to recommend.

Communication throughout the process has not been good enough, Repair taken so much longer than it needed too. Lack of urgancy to complete as dealing with Insurance customers rather than direct paying customers.

Above and beyond
Right from the start, the communication was great. Regular updates while my vehicle was being repaired. My vehicle was collected and delivered back to my workplace 10 miles from my home address. Upon inspection when my vehicle was returned, I found that scratches no where near the repair area had disappeared. Fixauto have really gone above and beyond and I honestly could not be happier with the service and quality of work. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Unfortunately someone crashed into the back of me. Luckily they accepted liability and the insurance co took care of the repairs. They chose Fix Auto. I was happy with the repair and also Fix Auto allowed me to collect and deliver my car to the car hire place (which insurance had organised while mine was being fixed). They gave me a rough timeline on how long they would take to repair and they stuck to it.

High standards
The standard of repair work on my car was completed quickly and to a very high standard. It was also washed and valeted before being returned to me. The staff that I dealt with were courteous, polite and efficient, and the two gentlemen who collected and returned the car to me were punctual and polite.

The staff at Braintree and Colchester were helpful and friendly.
We needed a courtesy car, it was a new plate, and they managed to supply an automatic which matched our car that went in for repair.
