Well satisfied and will definitely use again once additional weight plates are back in stock.

I ordered a bench and plate set. Have had a couple of bad experiences (with other businesses/sites) ordering equipment over covid so I emailed beforehand to make sure the stock on their website was accurate. Received an automated response to say that it was, and an individual response the next morning confirming that. Went ahead and ordered and I the items were delivered 7 days later.

No hassle, no problems, exactly how things should work. Have already ordered from them again.

Small issue with the online order and no immediate indication if order had went through or not. Took an email to the company to confirm, which they replied to promptly.

I ordered the York 20KG Black Cast Iron Dumbbell Spinlock Set in a Case. It was delivered quite promptly. Unfortunately the Case was damaged in transit. I reported the damage the same day I received the dumbbell set. I then had to chase up getting any sort of response on the issue which was quite frustrating.

I specifically ordered this dumbbell set with the case as I needed a case for storage. The initial response I received said the case was only used for delivery, so the actual product was not damaged and basically it wasn’t an issue. After sending documentation from the York website which clearly states that the case is for transport AND storage the Service Manager agreed that yes it could also be used for storage, but this was not its primary purpose. No where is this documented on the web and ironically fitnessequipmentri’s website clearly says 'Carry case with handle for storage’. No where does it mention it is for transport. I received no response to my email when I pointed this out.

This particular set is also available without the case at a lower price and I also pointed this out which really makes the transport excuse non sensical. So basically I received a damaged product and the only thing I am offered is that the company is sorry I am disappointed. There seems no concern that the product was damaged and I am one the one left out of pocket. Presumably customers who spend more money are treated better, but the business attitude is unethical.

I purchased a treadmill and it said there would Be a 6 week waiting list,which I was happy with.
The treadmill arrived approximately 6 weeks later.
Only downside was that I wasn’t informed when the delivery would take place,otherwise I would do business again with Fitness Equipment NI
