if you want to talk to these people on the phone forget about it as the phone is automated with just an answering machine and a promise to call you back .. they wont answer emails either .. i ordered a rowing machine two weeks ago and got an email saying thank you but after that i heard nothing .. i rang today ( two weeks waiting ) and got the answering machine so i tried again and actually got to talk to a girl who told me that the phone was faulty and the calls were being directed to her mobile .. she told me she thinks my order came yesterday and she would check and let me know in a couple of hours .. you guessed it she didn't ring me back ..i have been trying to phone the place to ask why she did not ring me and all i get is the answering machine so the calls are not being directed to her mobile ... this is the worst customer service i have ever had in my life and i haven't even found out if i am getting my order yet ... i will write a follow up when i find out what excuse they come up with next time .. look at the reviews on here and take heed because these people are not honest to deal with ....

Ordered a Flow Fitness G1i smart gym and bench from the guys at Magni Sports. There was a slight delay in the delivery due to issues outside of their control but their customer service and communication was second to none throughout. I was kept well informed on what was happening as and when. As soon as the team realised the delay was going to be somewhat longer than first expected, they generously offered me a partial refund which nowadays is unheard of. If you’re looking for gym kit then I’d highly recommend the team at Magni Sports. I will no doubt use them again. Special shout out to Rebekah who was absolutely brilliant. Magni Sports should be proud of the outstanding level of customer service she provided - she went above and beyond, so thank you, Rebekah!

Great bench and quick delivery

Recently installed Treadmill for my PT Studio (upgrade from previous treadmill). Really excellent customer service from Paul, super responsive and super quick delivery - plus a post installation check in to make sure all went to plan. Very professional set up and will definitely be back for more equipment

I bought a set of dumbbells and an olympic set from these guys. They were very friendly and delivery was pretty quick.

Great equipment range and staff couldn’t do enough!!

Avoid at all costs! If you want to get a WaterRower or anything from this company, search for other suppliers (even like Decathlon). After 3 months, I have yet to receive the products I ordered. As other reviewers stated, they are not answering phone calls, rarely replying to emails, and constantly making false promises and lying about the delivery dates. I have never felt so frustrated and helpless as a customer.

Please do not buy from this company!
We bought and paid for in full several items from this company in February 2025. It is now the end of July and we have only received 2 out of the 5 items. We are waiting on a treadmill and cable machine. They are practically impossible to contact, their phone number is automated and today I have been on hold for 2 hours and still did not get to speak to someone. So 6 months later we are looking at having to go down a legal avenue to either get the goods or our money back! Disgraceful!!

Contacted this company regarding a treadmill.The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.They have a excellent showroom that you can try any of the equipment before purchasing.I would highly recommend this company for service,value for money and customer service.

Wow, what can I say about Connor. I've never experienced a sales person with so much knowledge about the equipment and passion to get it right for us. I can't tell you how many times Ive gone into sports shops to ask whats the best for me and left with nothing. Yesterday was totally different. It really wasn't about sales, it was about what was best for me. Thank you Connor.

I needed a treadmill for running because the roads where I live are too dangerous to run on. Connor at Fitness Equipment NI could not have been more helpful. From my 1st point of contact until the professional installation, it was a 1st class experience.

Purchased a cross trainer 24th Feb - got the automated order confirmation email then heard nothing for almost a week. Phone calls and emails not answered. Eventually got talking to someone who said item out of stock and will be 2 weeks. I asked for a refund then got an email stating the item will be available the next day and delivered within the week, I agreed to this. Week later delivery company phoned to say item not in stock. At this stage I requested a refund which was acknowledged. 2 weeks later refund still not received and emails not being answered.
Avoid.

Visited be Portadown showroom to test out some equipment before purchasing. Knowledgeable staff and a great selection of equipment. After my initial visit I was sent a 3D plan for my gym space to help me visualise the plan. This meant I could tweak the design a number of times (thanks for your patience on this!) and really happy with the result. Really happy to recommend to anyone looking for a high end professional service.

I previously had a great experience with this company when I purchased a Waterrower. However, this year I ordered an accessary for the rowing machine and ended up having to request a chargeback from my credit card company as the order was not shipped. The excuses and eventual lack of any further communication from Fitness Equipment NI was disappointing.
