Back again and no regrets!
Bought the black flared pair before and was so happy with them that I had to come back for the skinny ones. These fit amazing just as well, so comfortable. Cant wait to wear them! Definitely recommend!

Not worth the money
As someone who works out, I have slightly larger thighs, so I went with a size M. They're a bit loose around the waist, but they fit pretty well on the legs.

So sorry to hear that the colour didn’t match your expectations. The beauty (and in this case unfortunately also the downside) of denim production is that every single pair is unique, meaning each roll of denim fabric has a slightly different base colour, which can impact the final result. In addition, the finishing and detailing of our jeans are done by hand, which also contributes to slight variations in appearance.
Because of this, the jeans can sometimes look slightly different from how they appear on our website. That said, we use natural lighting in our photo studio and always work with the product physically present during editing to make the images as true to life as possible.

Sent Wrong size, wrong jeans entirely
This was my first order and you sent the wrong jeans and wrong size. I’m so disappointed. Even more so that I’m required to run an errand by returning these and printing the label- I may as well be a part of your company- when can I clock in? Can’t wait for my refund and to order pants from a different store that can actually send the right clothing out.

A bit disappointed
I ordered the 360 High Waisted - Black and Flared Fitjeans - Arctic Light Blue both in XL. I'm 168cm tall and waist 90 cm... So ordered the XL. Still have a waist gap. They fit ok, so decided to keep them because returning them would cost me money (which is a shame...). But could've easily fit in a L, the size guides aren't the best apparently. The flared one is also a tad too long, but the shorter ones would've been too short. My biggest disappointment: THE FRONT POCKETS AREN'T POCKETS. Like really... Women are already being scammed by the clothing industry pocketwise. It's just sad... Overal these feel way more like jeggings than actual jeans. So going to keep these because the hassle of returning them is too much. But will not order again.

Regarding the length, we completely understand how tricky it can be to find the perfect fit between lengths, and this is something we’re continuously working to improve.

Only giving this a 1 star as there’s no option for a 0. The jeans themself are nice but the company just do not get back to you. If you’re in the UK you cannot return items. I’ve emailed the email address stated on their website multiple times. They claim to reply within 24 hours to their customers but this isn’t true at all. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing from them other than discount codes to buy more from the brand. I wanted to return to re order in a shorter leg length but after this experience I’ll give this company a miss. Awful awful awful I’m out hundreds of pounds and 0 communication back from them is a joke. Only order if you’re 100% sure they’re going to fit you. If not it’s not worth the risk of not being able to return.

We did experience some technical issues recently and were also away over the Easter holidays, which unfortunately caused delays in our reply times. However, this has now been fully resolved and our customer service team is back up to date and operating normally.
Regarding UK returns, we absolutely do accept returns from the UK, and I’m very sorry if this was not clearly communicated or if you had difficulty reaching us. That’s not the experience we want for our customers.
I can see that your return has arrived at our warehouse and our team will process it within the next couple of days.

Perfect fit at first try on - also in bodybuilding prep
Perfect fit at first try on! I’m in prep for my first bodybuilding show and my size has changed a lot. I’ve had the black pair of these for a while and they’ve been the only pants that have consistently fit me well through prep weight loss, which feels insane. Truly magic pants and why I bought them in another color, and will probably get another pretty soon lol. Well done!!

Incredibly bad service
I purchased a Pair of jeans for my girlfriends birthday. Unfortunately they didn't fit her very well, so I sent the return back. It has been 3 weeks since the return was delivered to Fitjeans. I have contacted them 3 times and all I have received is AI email replys telling me the returns policy and expected times. This is incredibly frustrating! They advertise hassle free returns and all it has been is hard work. Still they have not notified me that they have received the return. This is incredibly unprofessional from such a big company.

This Is Your Sign To Buy The Jeans
I don’t think that there’s enough words that can describe how AMAZING these jeans are. I own a few pairs and I want them in every color. I am petite and it is nearly impossible to find jeans that fit me properly around my waist and my glutes. They are so comfortable and look amazing, and most importantly I feel so confident in them. I get so many compliments every time I wear them and they look phenomenal whether I’m wearing them with a sweatshirt and jeans running errands or a cute top and heels going out at night. They are worth every penny. No other brand compares.
