Fabric quality changes
It's a shame it doesn't say how thick the fabric is. My old fit jeans are amazing, but I just bought the straight leg and it's so thin you can actually see some bumbs on my legs. It's horrible. My gym leggings has thicker skin than this.
Color is great, waist is good. Just hate the fabric feel.

In my opinion the material is cheap and scratchy, not soft, and the fit was not there.
I have emailed your "help" team twice for a return label since I am in the US and they wont allow me to do it online, and still no response after 2 days.

It's always easy to order off the website, and delivery is always given in a timely manner.
I wish the jeans had larger belt loops and that the mid to low rise jeans were more stocked, but great jeans overall.

We totally understand your thoughts on the belt loops. It’s something we’ve looked into, but larger belt loops would unfortunately compromise the level of quality and structure we aim to deliver, so it’s not something we’re able to implement at this time.
Regarding the mid to low rise jeans, we hear you and we’re actively working on improving our stock in those styles.

After 2 years of following this brand…
After 2 years of following this brand on Social Media, I could not get myself to order these jeans in fear of being disappointed. I finally gave in and placed my first order last week and received my first pair today and immediately tried them on. These are without a doubt the best jeans I’ve ever ordered blindly online. I’m a large and on the heavier side. I am literally on the site as we speak checking out another 2 pairs in my cart. I’m in love and highly recommend them!!! Just woww!!!!!!

Initially I was very pleased with my experience and the overall quality of the product. I exchanged 2 jeans of my Order (being to long) for the regular length Version, unfortunately they didn‘t fit eitler. For those exchanged jeans I can‘t initiate a return in the system, my email hasn‘t been replied to for 3 days and I feel tricked and stuck with 2 Jeans not fitting, unable to return them… why is no one answering my emails?

My new favorite jeans
Shipped super quick in the US, and they fit true to the sizing chart! I have the baggy in small and the flared in medium. I fluctuate between a 6 and 8 in pants. They are great quality and super comfortable. I love not worrying about a waist gap!!

Perfect fit for gum girlies

For our Skinny and Flared jeans we've designed them with only real back pockets to maintain their aesthetic appeal while omitting front pockets to ensure a seamless look when worn. Real front pockets on a tighter fit would ruin the silhouette and the clean look these jeans give. The pockets would also be too small to fit anything, so they would unfortunately not be convenient to use. On the other hand, our loose fitted models and shorts feature both real front and back pockets, providing functionality without sacrificing style💘

Bought the black flared pair before and was so happy with them that I had to come back for the skinny ones. These fit amazing just as well, so comfortable. Cant wait to wear them! Definitely recommend!

Not worth the money
As someone who works out, I have slightly larger thighs, so I went with a size M. They're a bit loose around the waist, but they fit pretty well on the legs.
