I really love most of the jeans! The fit, the stretch! Epic! Unfortunately the shorts always crawl upwards for me. Which is really annoying as they’re the only ones I’ve found without waistgap.

Delivery, Sizing, Material!
Delivery: I am in Sydney , ordered on a Monday night and received my jeans the following week on Tuesday morning, just over 1 week delivery timeframe which is good :)
Sizing: I’m a size 12/14 AUS and ordered size XL in the flares and could have definitely ordered the L, maybe even the M they’re that stretchy, for a more fitted look. But I’m happy with these, I could wear out to a casual dinner and won’t have to worry about unbuttoning after dinner lol.
Material: Nice material, soft and VERY stretchy.
Overall quite like these! Will be ordering more in different styles and smaller sizing this time!

They’re ok
I’m 5’2” 115lbs. Got these in the color sapphire and I have mixed feelings. Upon opening I was not impressed. They looked cheap! Mostly the stitching. I put them on and I was surprised they actually fit pretty well in the back…then there’s the front! I bought an xs in petite and they sit sooo high. I usually wear high rise in all my pants but I’ve never had any sit way above my belly button!! Also the front is lacking! There are no pockets and they do nothing for my shape from the front. So nice from the back and then very cheap jegging from the front. I did however love the length and flared cut of these but these are not worth the price in my opinion.

The quality is very remiss of jeggings. And the way it is complicated to return the item and when I try to email the company, no one answered until two weeks and then after I still had to wait extra time for a gift card because I submitted a return and lo and behold, the item has been sold out

Loyal customer for 5+ years — extremely disappointing experience
@FITJEANS this has been an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
My order (FJ605369) was fulfilled incorrectly due to a warehouse error, and despite multiple emails over the course of more than two weeks, no resolution was provided.
I was also informed by customer service that my follow-up emails were resetting my position in the queue, which only delayed the process further and placed the burden on me to wait longer for an issue that was not my fault.
I have since returned the incorrect item using the return label provided, yet I am still having to chase a resolution.
At this point, I am no longer interested in a replacement and am requesting a full refund.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but the lack of urgency, accountability, and resolution here is unacceptable.

Actually the most comfortable pants. Every pair I’ve gotten looks great even after countless washes (from wearing them all the time). Much rather buy one pair of these jeans that last instead of 5 cheap pairs that don’t.

Nice pair of jeans but way overpriced
Nice pair of jeans, fits well and looks flattering but WHY did I pay £95 for 1 pair of jeans with NO FRONT POCKETS? Paying that much for fake pockets is an absolute joke. Overly priced and quality isn’t as fabulous as you’re led to believe. All a marketing farce. I’d probably buy again but make sure I’m getting jeans that aren’t made with the same sewing patterns as Primark.

We understand your frustration regarding the front pockets. For our Skinny and Flared jeans, we’ve designed them with only real back pockets and no front pockets to maintain their aesthetic appeal and create a smooth, seamless silhouette when worn. Real front pockets on a tighter fit would disrupt the clean look and shape of the jeans, and in practice they would also be too small to be functional. Our looser fitted models and shorts do have both front and back pockets.
That said, we completely understand that pocket preference is personal, and we appreciate you sharing your honest thoughts on both the design and pricing.

My shipment contained the wrong jeans. I sent an email that was immediately replied to favorably by an AI bot but then no follow up from a real person regarding shipping out of my actual product. Disappointed as I had a trip coming up and these now may not arrive in time.

Terrible Communication and Bad Products
I ordered two pairs of jeans that at first never arrived. It was absolute hell trying to communicate with the team as there were inconsistent replies, or no responses at all, and I had to chase them up multiple times just to receive simple responses that were just a repetition of other emails, not actually solving anything. They didn’t help me by getting a replacement or a refund for my package. I then had to go around my neighbourhood and figure out where the package was myself just to find out that it was delivered to a nearby building instead. I emailed them asking to create a return since I didn’t want to keep the products, and absolute radio silence as always. Besides that, the clothes and quality are definitely not worth the price. They are waist gap proof but they feel very cheap and poor make.

I had to do an exchange and fitjeans support helped me perfectly. I sent my order back and got the same jeans in a bigger size after they checked my return. It took like 2 weeks but now i have my skinnyjeans in the perfect size and im happy.

Sizing is a little off
Sizing is a little off, large is to big and need a medium but the medium size is unavailable in all the other colors. When reached out to customer support, AI was very unhelpful in when the restock will happen or when the ripped shorts in azure will come out. I wanted to love this brand but the availability is so scarce with no promise of restock.
