I will definitely ask First Truck Parts again if I will need help. I finally received my module today, although pricey because of customs fee and shipping because I'm located in Europe but I'm completely satisfied because this company is very professional. It's pity there is no one in Europe to do same. Since I do all works on my truck myself, it's really good to have people like First Truck Parts with good components. Thanks a lot. Everything is working good.

First time customer and had a great experience. We had been waiting for a backorder part from the dealership for months, then we learned it was available here. Upon ordering the part, Customer Service reached out to assist with a full verification that it was the correct part for our vehicle (large, high value part). I ordered a part and paid for next day shipping and it didn’t even ship till late the next day and the lady I talked to said she would call be back on the status when I called and she never did they just shipped it and I wanted to cancel the order. Now I’m stuck with a part I don’t need because we had to get one elsewhere..... Update, they reached out and offered full refund for my returned purchase. Customer service seems important to them because they made things right!
