I ordered a part by mistake and they promptly sent a return label and issued a full refund even though it was my mistake

Arrived quickly and correctly.

Super fast shipping. Haven't had a chance to install the wiring harness yet. That being said it is an oem Mack part still in factory packaging. Super great customer service.

Very good place to get parts and at a good price

Was told product was in stock and could order with next day delivery. Next day no tracking number. Spent about an hour getting passed around to voicemails finally got someone who said would call back. Got a call back and a tracking number with the promise of next day. At 10:20 pm ups still did not have the package. Called advanced…. Got Matt who followed through and stayed after they closed to tell me the truth about my order. They did not have the part on the shelf. They are now relying on a third party vendor to ship this out. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I got the run around this morning again. Today I finally got the original point of contact to tell me the truth. I can’t trust this company. They said vendor would ship today. I asked for them to confirm as this part is putting my only truck grounded. The way they lied to hid their mistakes in advertising on their website ( inventory done by humans not bots) was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! Had I known this on 9/28 I would have paid more for the same part with another company because the amount of money I’m loosing everyday my truck is down would have covered the difference in the part. If your in an emergency situation and needing your part next day….. I would rethink using this company

Great customer service - which is very rare for parts stores! They called to confirm fitting prior to shipping, it arrived on time and they even followed up after to ensure it all worked out. Highly recommended!

I called before placing my order to confirm if the part on their website was an original OEM a rebuilt or an aftermarket part. I was told this was an original OEM brand new from the Mack factory. So I decided to return the rebuilt DEF pump I had just purchased through Mack and ordered the “New OEM” part through advanced truck parts. Well after receiving the part several days later it was in a reused box with a personal return address and when I opened the box the part the part had “ReMack” stamped on the part meaning it was a rebuilt part. Well after calling for two straight days and not getting through and leaving voice messages that were never returned I decided to just install the part and will not be making another purchased through this company.

Great cost on part and shipping cost. Excellent customer service also. Will definitely be sourcing our parts from them in the future.

Will purchase from again. Called and someone answered immediately and was able to answer my questions. Had the part I needed and a great price. Shipped out immediately and part arrived faster than expected. Packed tight so no damage could occur. Would recommend giving them a shot.
