I’m very disappointed with my experience with Fire Seals Direct. I ordered materials several days in advance of an important project and paid for next-day delivery. The items didn’t arrive on the scheduled day, and when I contacted them, I was told they would arrive the following day instead.
Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive then either. The only option I was finally offered was delivery on the actual day of my project — far too late to be of any use.
This has left me without the materials I needed at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress and disruption to my job. Based on this experience, I cannot rely on Fire Seals Direct for time-sensitive orders.
