Look no further! Great company and service
We used fireplace & chimney authority to replace our chimney cover when we bought our house 8 years ago. So when I wanted to get a gas log set for my fireplace as a Christmas present for my husband I knew exactly where I wanted to go.
Went into the showroom and they were very helpful showing me all my options and explaining the pricing breakdown. Selected all my choices and the pricing was laid out clearly. Scheduling for measurements was quick and they arrived for the appointment on time. Was told after measurements were sent in it would take 4 weeks for my custom door to be complete. To my surprise it was done early and scheduled right before Christmas. The installers were very professional, respectful of my home and took the time to educate me on my new gas log set and any required maintenance. Definitely recommend them for all your fireplace needs!

We had our fireplace refinished. The workmen did an excellent job protecting our floors and walls during demo. The stone work was exactly what I was wanting. The whole project took four days.

Your technician arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment to have our Mendota fireplace insert cleaned. He did an excellent job with the cleaning process, cleaned up afterwards and made the Insert look as wonderful as it did when we purchased it.

My fireplace still didn't work…
My fireplace still didn't work correctly after the service man left. The pilot light won't stay on and I could not use my fire place. A return visit is necessary
with a new part to be installed. I think charging for a return visit is more than I should pay.
