I deeply regret having made an account and am actively looking for literally any alternative I can find after several very bad experiences that have impacted my life meaningfully. Anything you repedetly read in the negative reviews here is true. In just 3 months 2 big payments from a client were withheld for an extremely long period, impacting bilss I had to pay, increasing amounts I had to pay in the end, not being able to book a vacation, paying rent for weeks, etc. The communication with the support is simply fake. For example, I have been told several times that the matter would be "escalated" until I asked how come something can be escalated several times and they admitted that it actually wasn't possible to escalate anything. They just tell you whatever and lie to you consistently. That was just the worse part, there's other things like several hidden fees and ending up having to pay much more than predicted for things even a more expensive subscription doesn't change. There's so many other banks, I hate that I ended up there. At least until next week.

I received the help ein needed within a couple of hours. The problem I had was solved quickly.
Just a little advise.
My problem was that my limit for my account was still on 5000,-€. I had uploaded a document, but the document was too old. I never received a feedback that the document was too old and that I would have had to upload a more recent document. That would've been helpful in the first place.
But otherwise I am very happy that I decided to open my account at Finom.
