In 2025
In 2025, I opened a digital business banking account with Finom for DEFECTIVE. Initially, I was given a transaction limit of approximately €5,000. However, shortly after my first application was reviewed, my account was upgraded to an unlimited status, allowing me to operate without transaction limits.
While actively using the account, I had to stay in Turkey for around 2–3 months in December 2025 due to health issues. During that period, I was unable to manage the account regularly, and the account was temporarily closed.
After returning to Italy, I contacted the Finom team regarding the reactivation of my account. The process moved much faster than I expected. In particular, Jose, along with the members of every department involved, was extremely helpful, professional, and solution-oriented. My account was reactivated very quickly, and I was able to continue my routine business operations without any issues.
Throughout the entire experience, the speed, professionalism, and supportive approach of the customer service team gave me great confidence in working with Finom.
