Have used Finch plumbing for years now and they haven't failed to assist. Sent them an out of hours email about my breakdown and they sent someone out first thing the next morning.

We received great customer service from Finch when we arranged for them to install a replacement boiler at our home just before Christmas.

The engineer was professional, friendly and kept us fully informed of his progress.
The cost was also very competitive.
Highly recommended.

Recommend by a relation and have been very satisfied with the work carried out. The main work was on a fairly old central heating boiler, which was causing the engineer problems but he stuck with it and now it’s working fine. I was very impressed with his knowledge.

This is a very professional team. They have well organised office team who support some really knowledgeable plumbers and heating engineers. They turn up when they say they will and are quick to diagnose the problem. The work is completed with minimal fuss and at reasonable prices

On time. Very efficient and clean throughout the whole radiator replacement. Tested thoroughly after installation and before leaving.

Have used Finch for many years. They provide an excellent service. They get the job done efficiently and work in a clean and tidy way.
Recently I have contacted them re a leaking pipe and they have sent an engineer the next day who went out of his way to ensure the repair was done without draining the system to save me cost.

Very helpful advice initially, a realistic quote and the work - new shower screen and in-line descaler - completed expeditiously and professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Did not turn up! we i called to inquire they gave a lame excuse about having an emergency job. Could not guarantee that the engineer would even turn up.

If i had not called to question where the engineer was I doubt they would have even bother to contact me.
