Not for me or do I just need to change my tasks?
My daughter introduced me to Finch. The little bird is very cute and I like the way you have so many choices for costumes, home decor, challenges etc.
It was good as a reminder for things like completing exercise programmes, ticking off my to do list and similar. I really liked sending her on adventures and the questions she'd ask at the end. Plus sharing a task each day with my daughter - drinking water.
I used Finch for about 3 weeks. My problem was, I tend to procrastinate. I began finding it harder and harder to think of things I had done well, or what had made me happy that day. I am usually quite a cheery person and I realise I control the choice of activities/questions. But I was becoming sadder and sadder as I struggled to answer these.
I have missed one day of use now and feel much less stressed. It is very cute and I can see the point. Maybe I just need to revaluate my tasks, but, for now, it's not for me.
