I will never look for another financial adviser — Garry Smith is truly the best of the best.

From the very beginning, Garry impressed me with his professionalism and foresight. He contacted me early to start the remortgage process, which caught me by surprise, but it quickly became clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. The initial offer was excellent, and everything moved swiftly — I was thrilled.

However, when the solicitors got involved, I discovered an equity issue that meant I couldn’t proceed with the remortgage, despite having already paid all the fees. I turned to Garry for advice, and he responded with courtesy, professionalism, and a clear plan of action. He guided me through every step and stayed involved until the issue was resolved and the remortgage was successfully completed.
Throughout the process, Garry maintained communication with all parties involved, ensuring everything came together in my favour.
