We have used Steve Hatton twice now for our house purchase and remortgage - steve is fantastic goes above and beyond and has worked miracles for us. He has got us mortgages that have been life changing for us and we couldn’t be more greatful and even once the mortgage offer is in place he still works extremely hard to help you with anything else during the process. When Garry first contacted me, I explained that I wanted to remortgage my home but wasn’t quite ready. We agreed to speak again in a few months, and true to his word, he called exactly when he said he would. From there, we began the remortgage process.

Garry was never forceful; instead, we worked together as a team. He answered every question we had, patiently repeating information whenever we needed clarification, and all his emails were tailored to our conversations. He arranged online appointments that suited our schedule, and once he found the right deal and passed the matter on to the solicitors, he continued to check in with weekly calls to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. As I was the main contact, I felt completely comfortable reaching out to him whenever I needed to.

Overall, Garry was highly professional while still being warm and friendly. I’m very happy I chose to work with him and would gladly do so again in the future
